Thanks everyone for your comments and your texture files. I'm afraid I wont be able to work on anymore mods from me until the weekend(shock horror I know), but I'll get a few done then. Those notes are very cool. I could maybe do a GUI, maybe.
I'm going to put a few up soon, but my question is: Is there any way to mod the water? Because in this one, post-apocalyptic one that I'm doing I want to replace water with acid.
also, i think you can only edit what the water looks like on the top, eg if you edit the water.png file, it will edit the look of the water on the top of the edges of the map, but i havent tried editing the water inside the terrain file, but i did do it to the lava and it only ( since it is animated) made it look freaky on the top of it, but not once the char is swimming in it. ( in other words, i think you can only edit the surface looks.)
So yeah, I wanted to make an edit based around tiles from other games with 16x16 tiles. Just so happens Spelunky has a good block and dirt tiles, as well as good gold tiles. Shame I could not edit in some nice grass. Glass is also ice.
I'll update this when I find some more 16x16 tiles that work. Seems I cannot find any site with 16x16 tiles available for anything.

Spelunky terrain theme. Test it out. Porting the tiles directly looks terrible so I took some liberties with them and made something that one could use everyday. Do note I don't claim to be a pixel artist, and as such some modifications might be a little odd-looking.
All credit for the original tiles goes to Derek Yu, as they are from his game Spelunky.

do you mind if i send you a better wall hack mod because the one their doesn't have the blocks really transparent only bits and pieces and it looks a bit ugly.
I think you are having difficulties understanding what is going on, so I'll ask you what happened. More than likely:
-You right-clicked the image and coped it, pasting it in paint.
-The transparent places in the image turned out black.
To solve this you need to select the 'save as' option in the right click menu. This saves the image to your computer with the transparencies preserved.
Takes away all cloth design and changes the color to a cartoony style. Admin blocks and gold blocks are black for admins and non-admins :tongue.gif:
