homunculus
mob info: this mob is rare and will bond to the first villager or witch it sees (only spawns if one is near). the homunculus is a mob that can only be killed by fire or its owner dying. it is small about 1.25 blocks tall and not very strong but it can use weapons that it seems to spawn out of no where, (stone sword or a bow).
the homonculus would have to be grown in a bottle like the legends
I love the fictional creatures! You only have a couple of them in the mod. I read the Leviathan and Kraken suggestions and they sound amazing! I hope one day you guys can put them into the mod!

I play with ogres off, or set to a very rare spawn... For as destructive they are they don't have very good drops. (They tend to destroy more then creepers do in my worlds) - If you guys do update them, you should stick them in the nether only and give them some better drops.
As for what I think could use an update... Dolpins be a big one; more so since horses got a huge update I think it would be great for dolphins to get similar treatment... You could have a dolphin that can swim in lava, or better yet a galaxy-looking one that can fly :oohh! another quick suggestion too... A list of player-based severs! the main one always seems to be so full...

Ent - Large aggresive mob that spawns uncommonly in forest and jungle biomes. Looks like a humanoid tree.
Behemoth - Large passive mob that spawns uncommonly in the mountains biomes. Looks like a large cross of an elephant, hippo and camel. Only attacks is attacked first.
Mermaid - Player sized peaceful mob that spawns comonly in ocean biomes. Unique drops idea: pearls, which can be used to make weapons and armour, maybe a unique necklace with a special ability.
Kraken - Massive aggressive mob that spawns rarely in ocean biomes. Attacks by dragging players underwater.
Yeti - Slightly larger than player aggressive mob that spawns rarely in tundra biomes.
Nymph - Tiny humanoid peaceful mobs that spawn comonly in forest biomes. Can be tamed with sugar.
Succubus - Player sized aggressive mob that spawn very rarely at night in the overworld, but commonly in the Nether. Slows player down as they attack.
Squirrel's and Nut/acorns - Spawns in forest biome, runs away if provoked, can be tamed using acorn/nuts. When killed drops either nuts or fur.
Elephants - 2 types of Elephants are there Peacefull and aggresive. Normal Elephants spawn in jungles, runs away if provoked, drops Elephant Tusks. Aggresive Elephants Spawn 3 or 4 Coords away from Normal Elephants, Attacks the player if provoked, Drops Tusks also.
Penguins!! - Spawns on cold biome like Artic fox and Polar Bear. Peaceful Creatures plays with other Mates, Drops 2 or more fish
Seals - Spawns in River/Lake biomes, Peaceful unless provoked, kills Penguins and drops 4 or more Fish..
Hyenas - Spawns in packs in jungle/forest biome, Attacks the player on sight, Drops Hide or fur and meat.

And some other stuff: The whole BigCat mobs Should get updated. Wraiths should DissAppear when attacked once, Sharks should get Updated.
A few suggestions:
SkyWhales - Whales that float around in the sky. Docile until provoked. Drop SkyWhale orbs which can be made into swords, tools, and a bow. Spawn during day. Throws slightly modified fire charges that don't burn you.to attack.
Surround a scarecrow with replica gargoyles and wool to make it into a scarecrow golem that attacks any mob except the player (who made the golem for multiplayer) on sight.
Freezes: Blazes that don't burn, spawn in snow biomes, and throw snowballs.
Eskimos: Testificates with jackets on that spawn in igloos in snow biomes and when killed drop eskimo pie
Golden geese: A goose made of BUDDER (gold). When killed drops golden egg, and anything with "gold" in the title (gold ingot, gold ore, golden apple, etc.)
Finally, another dragon: Robo dragon. High health. Shoots Star Wars-type lasers. When killed, drops circuit mechanism. 8 circuit mechanisms and 1 redstone can be used to craft a pet RoboDragon
Well, I understand your question. Technically that particular part of the list is fictional and not strictly titled unreal. The general idea is that the first part of the list, realistic, is for creatures that fit in with the natural world in the modern era. While there could be a separate list for extinct creatures of all sorts, I felt it would be better to just put them in with the fictional ones, in the idea that to see them in the natural world is a fictional idea. I think the vast majority of people who would prefer to see realistic creatures added to the mod would feel that dinosaurs would be ill-suited as an addition.
Can you add whales? i've heard your planning on putting in elephants so good on you (just make them rideable and maybe have armour for them please), but whales would be SO cool as well as elephants. AND dont forget to make the elephants nice and big!
Also, please DONT re-model the BigCats, deer or dolphins as i like them the way they are. However i think you could add in a few more models of sharks, like different kinds of sharks. Ex: A great white shark (hostile), a hammerhead (hostile) , a tiger shark (hostile) a basking shark (peaceful, maybe unless provoked) and a whale shark (peaceful, rideable but uncontrollable). Finally could you please add in whales, i really want to see a MASSIVE water creature - aka whales -. can you please make it rideable and tamable and peaceful but also not attacked by other creatures due to its sheer size? OH and remember a whale would have TONS of heath!
Now that there is a boss mob, I guess I'll move on to the next suggestion!
A bit of an expansion on BigCats that I would like to see is a better way to command them to fight. Currently, when you have a tamed adult big cat on a rope, it *may* attempt to attack hostile mobs, but most of the time it just stands there while some wolf or scorpion tears you to shreds. From what I just tested 5 minutes ago, it seems like BigCats are more likely to attack a mob when they aren't on a rope. Against vanilla enemies they work great, but in Mo' Creatures you are swamped with non-vanilla enemies and BigCats are extremely hesitant to anything.
To throw some ideas around, something I'd like to see is either an expansion to the whip or an upgraded whip (diamond handled whip or something else kind of silly like that) that, when used on an mob, will command the BigCat to attack that mob. Maybe there will have to be some kind of training regime where you teach the cat to chase around small things and then reward it with a special fish meal (or something silly like that), and after that it learns to attack enemies. I'm not really too concerned with the method as much as I am just the ability to do something like that.
An addition I'd like to see is a Guard Dog/Cat mode, where when you put the tamed mob on an area defense where it will attack any hostile mobs within 5 blocks. This would be an additional functionality of the diamond whip/training/whatever.
Everyone wants a guard-lion at least once in their life...
What about Cthulu? Very rare, colossal, one time occuring boss mob with tons of health that spawns witches (As cultists) to aid it in killing the player (And every other mob) and won't cease until stopped. Maybe even Cthulu can cause explosions in his foot steps and throw fire to destroy the world the player lives in. Maybe if he hits you it causes a dizzying effect to give off the effect that the player is gioing insane.
The dolphins should have a breeding system that is advanced as the horses.
You should be able to feed a horse and a dolphin an enchanted golden apple and breed them to form hippocampi.
there is already a cheetah i think. big cats!
(they should be merfolk or mushfolk)
