I love all of the ideas already listed and couldn't think of a suggestion lol. I do ask that most/ or more mobs be tameable, i have a huge fleet of pets in my house and my farm i'd like to make a full scale zoo but i cant if the creatures i manage to catch are just gonna despawn
Hey, I've got one, I just need to think of it first. Hold on . . .
I know that this is kind of redundant here, but why not have Werewolves? I know that you already have them, but make a friendly variety that turns into wolves at night/randomly? Ahhhh . . . never mind.
How about a EnderSnake? or some other kind of Ender-specific mob? Would someone help me out here?
You know, posting without any sort of previous forethought as to what I would like to post here, this wasn't very well thought out, was it?
I'll post later once I think of something.
Can someone help direct me to a person who can help me out with some modding? I wanna make a mod.
I would like to see a "Pulse Ogre"
Every time he smashed, he would send out a spherical "pulse" a few blocks wide.
All blocks within the pulse would momentarily be affected by gravity.
So this ogre could cause cave-ins, knock down your house, knock down tree branches (leaves + wood), etc.
Not really a new mob but an improvement on an old one. Horses should be able to fit through fence gates.

I am part of a mod developing team. (in charge of coding) I take ideas so pm me if you have a mod you want made but dont know how to mod. The subject should be mod idea.
Also, your face. That is all.
it would be cool to have alpacas that you can shear for wool and you could also put a saddle on it and ride it and not quite as fast as a horse and eats grass and regrows wool like sheep ;D

I have a mob suggestion.
A old man/lich mob that hones in on the player if he/she sustains a certain amount of damage, and the mob floats through all blocks except endstone and gold.

I give so that you may give back in return.
To Each His Own.
Excuse me, I have a few questions for you,
These Creatures which you make, Do they happened to have different Health as well of attack Strength,
And In the future, maby near future you could you make to separate mo download's one for Realistic creatures and another for Fantasy creature's as well of making them Compatible to each other in-case some one wishes for both.
Add a small chance, say one in a hundred or one in a thousand, for a white rabbit to spawn instead of a normal one in the wild. This white rabbit would be hostile to all mobs as well as the player and fly through the air a short distance to them, biting them to death, aiming for the throat. The only thing the rabbit would not attack would be rabbits and maybe other small animals. Taming this rabbit would involve leaving large numbers of offerings of meat on the ground nearby, but you would have to stay a safe distance away to prevent it from attacking you. Eventually the rabbit would stop being aggressive towards the player, at this stage the player would feed it a golden apple and the rabbit would become tame.
In its tame state it would follow the player around while attacking anything that comes near the player (excluding other rabbits etc). This means that while it would kill off hostiles attacking the player, if any livestock are nearby the rabbit would kill them as well. Mobs killed by the rabbit would still drop items, but when the rabbit gets hungry or low on health it will eat dropped items to recover.
White rabbits would not be breedable, but can be commanded to stay in place - when they are set to do this they will not move, not even to come to the player's aid.
Killing an untamed white rabbit would be difficult as it has much health, can fly to its target and deals considerable damage. In order to kill one easily the player must craft a holy hand grenade. This device would be costly, but can instantly kill anything (especially the white rabbit) in one shot. The rabbit would drop a large amount of valuable items and/or a large amount of experience, however it will not drop anything if killed in its tamed state.
Another idea: If a rope is tied to a horse, and you right-click a fence that is not connected to any others(it could have one under it), you can tie the horse to the fence, and it will stay near it until you click the fence, which unties the horse, or until you click the horse, which unties the rope from the horse and the fence. You can tie multiple horses to one fence. It could be useful when you are building, because your horses won't wander off, and they won't get in the way.
Well, not exactly a new creature request, but I would like to see Horse-Drawn Carts, it's a little bit awkward that in Minecraft we can make subways and railways directly, and yet no use of animals as a mean of locomotion, a stage that is completely skipped, and this adds to the realism bit of course (for us fans of realistic minecraft)
Maybe some sort of sea monster? Like, Ogopogo or the Loch Ness Sea Monster? Another idea, (this may be a bit far out), but a really rare Shadow Monster? Like, if your in a dark area for too long, you could see a Shadow (this could also be turned into a ghost, but I mean those are pretty much Wraiths)? Also, this is just a suggestion, but maybe the vampires could turn into bats when they enter caves or something? Then turn back when a player approaches? I don't know, I'm kinda new to this
I dont know if this is the place where we can also leave behind bug reports, but I hope it will be noticed here, cause it's kind of a big one if you ask me.
Water mountables sink in SMP, I tried it out in SSP and it all works fine.
I hope it will be fixed soon cause now I cant ride my dolphins and manta rays which is one of the reasons I wanted this mod for SMP
Is it maybe possible to get some kind of notification like a pm or quote from ya so I know it hasnt gone unnoticed??

What? Remove Kitties? NU!!!
The Kitties in this mod are way better than out current ones. We have Beds, Food and Toilets for them.
(A) replacing them with ocelots eliminates all the extraneous features they use. Less features, less potential bugs.
(B) Ocelots are simpler. Bear in mind, Minecraft is a game that thrives on simplicity.
(C) instead of working with a totally from scratch cat, there could be changes made to take advantage of ocelots as a base class for cats proper as observed in this mod. It'd add an extra degree of stability, having the base class be up to Mojang standards of stability.

BTW komodo dragon isn't poisonous, at least that's what they say in Wikipedia.
