Well, now that I actually check, the only things that're still hanging around that I can actually see are the player and mob models in the main menu, on either side of the buttons, and the individually rendered pixels on player hats. Clearly something else is hanging around too, or I missed part of the installation, because it's still messing up the mo' bends mod (by not letting it change the animations at all), on top of the mob rendering issues I mentioned.
Missed part of the installation? There shouldn't be anything to uninstall than the .jar file you put into your mods folder.... Did you install it some other way?
Maybe your best option would be to backup your game saves and regenerate your minecraft files.

A mod must be free to all to use on a server. Access to a mod gated by contributions is very much against the EULA. Nice try.
Actually it says it's fine as long as it doesnt affect gameplay and they went on to clarify that they dont consider cosmetic things to affect gameplay, which I totally do not agree with.

but what about rp servers? I plane to lock things off the people have to unlock but only as skills not a pay gate. so they earn things in rp.

I don't like the idea that someone can use something someone else can't. So for example your players all have this mod installed, but only paying players can use any of the model features. That's not cool.. Now if it were something like only paying players can use wings, perhaps.. But to restrict all access, no way.
There are things on my server that are split between non-donation and donation. But they do not affect gameplay, aside from a slightly different sort of addition than the non-donation access. Like the pets my server has, most of them are available depending on what class is chosen by the player. Few of the pets can only be obtained by donating for tame rights. All pets do the same thing, they just appear different and have slightly different abilities than other pets.Everyone can have pets, all the pets do the same things, only certain pets appearances/skill sets can be obtained freely. Though then again, my server offers an alternative website currency players must earn (never pay for) that they can use to 'buy' these other pets too. ;P
When it comes down to it, restricting who can and can't use something depends on what it is exactly and how it's done. Complete restriction to donations isn't cool if you ask me. And a client side mod being restricted from players is even worse.

If you require aid with Custom NPC's give me a shout (In the thread, not PM's). I can read a bit of error reports, know most of the NPC workings (I'm attempting to work on scripting) and have been using it since its 1.0 version. Otherwise I'll help with any questions or problems I can.

You can replace the actions the buttons do with the other commands in the F7 menu, I believe. So, for example, you could replace the "/hug" command with the "/sit" command, if you so chose.

If it crashed, you'll have to provide the crash report if one was produced. If not, make it crash again then find the forge log from when it crashed, located in .minecraft>logs>latest . Also provide a list of other mods you have, there may be a known conflict. When you post a report or log, put in a spoiler by clicking the red ! at the top of the posting box.

Crash log is the only way we're going to be able to help you with a crash...
If you installed the mod to your mods folder, and forge to your client... We need the crash log... And for gods sake put it in a spoiler. xD

It's mostly for usage on our server, thus I doubt it would be of interest for the public.
If I were given access to the repository, would you allow for said server to use its own spin of MPM with more models? (With you being credited for MPM2 obviously). Or would you rather we simply send you the models and you release them for the broad public?
We definitely do not mind sharing the models for public usage either if you find them fitting for the full mod.
Me and a friend were already pumping techne models out for our own Flan's content pack. With MPM2 installed, it seemed even more interesting to be able to add to player models for our own in-lore species/races.
It's mostly for usage on our server, thus I doubt it would be of interest for the public.

There is no way you can force a change or restrict model changes to players, and despite it being requested a few times. It's not going to be added either, and I share this to perhaps spare you wasted time asking for a way to do so.
The best and only option you have for this sort of thing, is that you request and personally enforce (if you choose) the models your players use on your server.
