Should be a button at the bottom where you could go back. If not, ESC should work.

2. It should take you "back" in the menu sections, so if you went forward from Customize, to get to Mob Selection, it should take you Back to Customize. (except you can't customize mobs)

Do people without the mod continue to see your normal skin, while people with the mod see you with the one in the link?
And if so, is there any chance that this feature might get ported down to the 1.6.2/1.6.4 version at some point?
Because one of the main things that stopped me from using the mod in anything but singleplayer, is that when I use my MPM skin, It doesn't look right to people who aren't using the mod.

I don't think they will see your skinURL skin without the mod installed. I don't think they would even see it WITH the mod installed. You'd need to have the plugin installed on the server too, I believe.
Kinda doubtful the 1.6.4 version would see an update at this point.
Ah, I'd at least get to see myself with a better look, while everyone sees me normal. so that would still be an improvement.
But for the version thing, that's a shame. Well hopefully in a year or so when all the other mods are up to a similar version, I can actually go back to using MPM again then :/

i thought again about my problems with the usage of this mod and find a very simple solution.
all my problems come from the fact that everyone can open the model-edit gui.
if i do nothing and let it default, player can choose very thing - trolls,too.if i dont give them the permission, that they can see each other, ppl are unhappy that they cant use this feature ... -.-
the easiest way is, if you can open the gui only via command - i can block this command very easy and everything is fine ( for the most player, i am not sure but i think you can still change it via config).

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here, if you're requesting something or if you're pointing something out or both.. So I'm going to say this..
Stopping a player from accessing the player GUI in any form, cannot be done. It is a client side mod, not server, so the server cannot stop anything it doesn't control.
Server does however, control the image/models sent to other players, that is why that can be blocked by server in the fashion of entities or not.
As far as the addition of blocking certain model pieces for the player, this has already been stated that it will not be added. Why? Because this is designed for players to customize themselves. It's one things to stop the want of EnderDragons and Creepers roaming about, but another to tell a player their player can't have wings or a tail.
If you're wanting to restrict the use of certain model additions on your server, outside of entities like the Dragon or Creeper, that is something you will have to ask your players to avoid and enforce yourself. It's simply not going to happen via MPM's end.

If you require aid with Custom NPC's give me a shout (In the thread, not PM's). I can read a bit of error reports, know most of the NPC workings (I'm attempting to work on scripting) and have been using it since its 1.0 version. Otherwise I'll help with any questions or problems I can.

The tail was submitted quite a long time ago in terms of posts on pages, but no I'm afraid there is no preview available that I recall.
However, if you enjoy the other models I have created for MPM, such as the Squirrel Tail, Horns, Fin Tail, Rodent Tail, and Bird Tail. While I cannot take full credit for the Digitigrade Legs, I did make some adjustments to make them more proportional with the player. Perhaps I am missing a few, but the upcoming Canine Tail are also a work of mine. With many more planned for submission.
I believe it is safe to say there is a great chance that this Canine Tail will make it into the 1.8 update of this mod.

Hmmm, about animations now. Will you ever make option to superman-like flying? Similiar to one that Smart Moving has. It is good, but your mod is more useful than the previous one, and those two don't really work together. So now I have all of the Smart Moving mods only for flying and your mod for whole rest.
And sorry for my English of course, it's my second language :I
Yes I do still want to add flying and swimming animations. Simply havent had the time to do so yet.

I don't know what it is they did with their site, or what's going on. But no matter what I try lately I am unable to see these models now. Downloading it and opening it into my own Techne on computer doesn't work, there is no display on their website.. It's as if these files are empty on site and corrupted upon download. :\

Do people without the mod continue to see your normal skin, while people with the mod see you with the one in the link?
And if so, is there any chance that this feature might get ported down to the 1.6.2/1.6.4 version at some point?
Because one of the main things that stopped me from using the mod in anything but singleplayer, is that when I use my MPM skin, It doesn't look right to people who aren't using the mod.
(normal skin has the snout, wings, and tail painted onto it, while the MPM version of the skin doesn't because they are actual objects)
I don't think they will see your skinURL skin without the mod installed. I don't think they would even see it WITH the mod installed. You'd need to have the plugin installed on the server too, I believe.
Kinda doubtful the 1.6.4 version would see an update at this point.
But for the version thing, that's a shame. Well hopefully in a year or so when all the other mods are up to a similar version, I can actually go back to using MPM again then :/

Noppes is not a modeller. If you want a model of something added, you'll have to submit one yourself.
However, there has already been a Canine Tail submitted, so you could be patient and wait for it's addition a little later on.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here, if you're requesting something or if you're pointing something out or both.. So I'm going to say this..
Stopping a player from accessing the player GUI in any form, cannot be done. It is a client side mod, not server, so the server cannot stop anything it doesn't control.
Server does however, control the image/models sent to other players, that is why that can be blocked by server in the fashion of entities or not.
As far as the addition of blocking certain model pieces for the player, this has already been stated that it will not be added. Why? Because this is designed for players to customize themselves. It's one things to stop the want of EnderDragons and Creepers roaming about, but another to tell a player their player can't have wings or a tail.
If you're wanting to restrict the use of certain model additions on your server, outside of entities like the Dragon or Creeper, that is something you will have to ask your players to avoid and enforce yourself. It's simply not going to happen via MPM's end.

Is there a preview of said tail somewhere, I've checked the last few pages to no avail.
The tail was submitted quite a long time ago in terms of posts on pages, but no I'm afraid there is no preview available that I recall.
However, if you enjoy the other models I have created for MPM, such as the Squirrel Tail, Horns, Fin Tail, Rodent Tail, and Bird Tail. While I cannot take full credit for the Digitigrade Legs, I did make some adjustments to make them more proportional with the player. Perhaps I am missing a few, but the upcoming Canine Tail are also a work of mine. With many more planned for submission.
I believe it is safe to say there is a great chance that this Canine Tail will make it into the 1.8 update of this mod.

I don't know what it is they did with their site, or what's going on. But no matter what I try lately I am unable to see these models now. Downloading it and opening it into my own Techne on computer doesn't work, there is no display on their website.. It's as if these files are empty on site and corrupted upon download. :\
