Technically you could do that, you'd just have to re-tint things is all.
Noppes is already doing a fabulous job, and I feel that begging him to do anymore is just being kind of disrepectful.

Having the mod installed makes me invisible, regardless of what my model settings are. I don't have smart-moving or player api in my mods folder, but I did previously (they're in a subfolder, to deactivate them). Is this problem due to an outdated Forge?

i just want the ability to change my skin in this mod like i can change my model...
Is changing the skin via Minecraft.net that difficult? I really don't see the need for the extra work by Noppes to implement a "skin upload/changer" to this mod. I understand you may want to use different skins at different instances of play, but are you really going to need to do it so often or ingame at that, that it needs to be in the mod itself?
I'm ecstatic that he's applying tinting to the extra parts we're getting as it is, he didnt' have to do that.. Considering we're able to recoloc/edit our own skins and create our own designs/colors for these pieces...
I kinda agree...Right now, in Mo'Creatures, you can only be one colour wyvern..
Well that's probably because that color Wyvern is the default Wyvern and i wouldn't think that would be up to Noppes to change/fix? I could be wrong here, but I believe that would require a special hook or something to dig into those files.

The mod for 1.6.2:Morph. it allows you to transform into any mob you kill, and it keeps track of the colour. (say you kill a green wyvern from mo'creatures, You will be able to transform into a green wyvern) It is definetley possible. iChun is the one who made it, you guys might want to check it out..I feel that it is annoying to have to kill the mob to be it though. Morph allows you to be any mob from any mob, I believe it does it through forge. iChun had no help or source code from any other mod makers and was able to do it.

Oh I'm not saying it's not possible... I'm just saying it sounds like a little more work than what Noppes needs right now. I mean if he were to do that for the Wyvern of Mo' Creatures, he'd have to make it possible to use any pattern for the horse and collar option with color variations for the wolf...
Yeah it'd be nice to be able to have these little extra things. But this is pure rewrite and development, not fine tuning and polish right now.

Would it be possible to adjust placement when sitting in Minecarts/horses/etc when using a smaller model size? The player model appears to be sitting inside the horse a bit, or under the minecart. As a result, it's almost impossible to see over the minecart edges when using a small enough model. If that's not possible, perhaps a way to turn off the POV change when scaling models?

Copying the texture its using, is totally different from knowing before hand that an entitiy has multiple textures and being able to select one.

Don't go giving modded server's the 1UP on us bukkit users. That's not very nice... If the mod still showed player models to other mod users it'd be one thing, but because it's restricted to a server side mod/plugin to show off... :\

I've done nothing but talk about how awesome this mod is to the players on my server and everyone's been looking forward to the server side release. (For bukkit) Especially since many players aren't comfortable installing mods, and would love to see what I keep raving about was I walk around 3rd person looking at the models.

2) Well that is simply because too many changes are being made constantly and those changes Id also constantly have to do for the bukkit plugin simply doubling my work. For me its a lot easier and more efficient if I do the bukkit plugin as last.
Bukkit download for V0.5. I cant promise this bukkit version will work for future updates, or that Ill update it right away to work with future updates, but for now it seems to work well with v0.5, enjoy
