Both have tried on server side. Red dragon is OP (me). But my friend said everything goes well after I offline. Anyway, new build of MCPC+ release, I'll try that first.

That client crash I can fix. The server error happens a lot when people close their minecraft instead of disconnecting and has nothing todo with my mod.
I don't know why he has the same action and model settings as me. In fact, he doesn't have tail wings and was running and jumping.
I'm running latest MCPC+- and MorePlayerModels2 plugin and MPM2 V0.8. (Putting mod into mods is the same...)

The plugin still seems to be giving that "stuck as mob" bug on my server... Once again "TheGreatBlake00" has been kind enough to login to harass me about it's error... -.-
I am beginning to regret offering my server's IP for people to try it out as it appears some of the players who us it feel that gives them right or ability to come after me for the bugs...
Noppes, how safe/stable is the mod as it is right now? As I run a server with quite a number of people I don't want to suggest installing the mod until it's perfectly harmless. The only thing throwing me off is the word "Alpha" usually means to me still in the very early phases and could be bugs. Though it seems to me that people are not having issues using it, which is promising.
This is safe. It's not going to hurt anything by installing it. Because it is a pure "looks nice" mod, it doesn't effect the game in any way other than what your player looks like. So even the bugs that do creep up, aren't going to hurt anything...

Hmm that should never happen, unless he has the same name as you.
No Im not downgrading. For 1.5 you will have to use the old MorePlayerModels.

The 1.6.4 version works with 1.6.2. Noppes just said it a few posts above!
The skin reloads once if you login, because I need to reload them with transparancy since minecraft loads it without.
