If only you could add a 'block' to your minecraft skin, it'd be fully customize-able, which could add many new things.
-People can save these objects to a category or into a category made by them. To make a category, you would go to the mod zip file and place a new folder in a categories folder.
-People can color the piece, rotate it, move it, connect it. It'd be a skin addition, where you can make your own pieces to your skin. Rotate the piece by selecting it and right click, double left click on one piece and drag it to the other to 'connect' it, left click to move it. This can turn into:
-Highly detailed models
-Custom parts (ex, you can make a custom wing and save it to the Wings category.)
-'Pop Out' Accessories, such as a female's hair with pigtails
-Detailed Skins
-Lots more!
I'm pretty sure this is too hard to code or would be too complex. D:

A small bug, Capes are bugged. They dont shrink/grow when you scale your body parts... So it floats up above you when you are a small. Quite annoying when everyone can see it like that.
I like that concept of the blocks built onto the body. it could work like the ears do now, with the voxel based system. I've got no idea whatsoever how you could code up something like that other than maybe having a second skinning file it can pull from, like how armor is actually stored in two files for each set. Having a "shell" of, lets say three voxels around your character on all sides would allow complete customization.
ideas of what that customization could be:
bulky armor
W.o.W. style pauldrons
"furry" legs (digitigrade stance)
bulging eyes, because why not
more detailed mohawks
backpack
jetpack
hip gun holster for a cowboy character
a badge for a police officer character
pip-boys on wrists for fallout fans.
there's a huge list of possibilities if the system for the ears could be extrapolated to the rest of the mesh.
While i CAN enter any hex code for a color, there is no way to "confirm" it, for instance if i type in the hex code for pure black (000000) there is no way to actually turn the wings, beard, or anything BLACK. the number will be there, but if i hit enter nothings happens, and when i hit escape, it just stays the same color. Please make a way to "confirm" the color code we put in.
ALSO: Possible to make max scale size 200%? A lot more, but it would make it easier to build around maxed sized characters. (Instead of 3 blocks tall, 4 blocks tall) and it's easier to make everything twice as large versus 1.5 times as large. Just an idea.

Probably not. Would be too complex and not very user friendly. Dont have any idea how I would allow players to add that in an easy way.

I wouldn't mind being able to tweak them slightly. My character is based on my avatar, and she has C cups, not A's
on that topic, I was thinking, if you angled them roughly 10 degrees backwards so that the top pixels of the breasts line up with the chest while the bottom is still pushed forward, the triangle shape that would create would look much more aesthetically pleasing than wearing a cinder block on your chest. To further expand on that, if things on other portions of the body were to tweak in angle slightly for female characters, creating lines that are angled slightly as oppose to strictly vertical and horizontal, it would go a very long way toward creating the suggestion of feminine curves while still keeping the voxel based architecture we all know and love.

I dont think they should be made seperately. As they are only seperated like that if you are naked. When you wear something like a t-shirt its more like they are together

And actually the "flat" appearance when one wears a shirt depends on the shirt. ;P
I'd prefer a not so flat look, yes.. A slight more volume/shape than the flat "pancakes" we have now, and the "I laid on my tummy too long" look. I'm not saying create boobs like in that other mod you mentioned, and certainly not of the size in the videos I saw. o.o I swear that must've been all boys who wanted to show off "big boobs"...
If there was a way to take what we already had and increase it by half a pixel, I think that'd be good. Because 2 is too much and 1 isn't enough it seems. And getting a "slope" proper is hard to do and without adding a completely flat front, even more difficult.
I will try my hand again at a more "solid" but shapeful form perhaps.

If the bottom plane were reduced to 1 1/2 or 2 pixels like Zera Fox suggested, as oppose to the 3 used there, I think that would be a healthy balance. A slider to adjust would be the preferred method, but boys will be boys and you know a feature like that would be abused. As for that mod you linked for the curvy, bouncy, overly voluptuous overhaul...no. Dear god no. I fully agree, none of us want this mod to go down that road.
