Additional information:
When turning on and off your phone or tablet you have to turn on "Force 4x MSAA" again. Also, you can turn the background processes next to "Don't Keep Activities", when you do this to "No background processes".
Force 4x MSAA adds affects to what you watch which greatly increases the quality of affects as well.
All colors more than can be evaluated or more than what can be made using a program. The black being slightly darker than the darkest art program black. The solid black being the darkest of all blacks. Mainly used for the main border or for lettering. The white is also higher in value than what you can make on an art program being directly compatible with the RGB found in the Minecrafttexturepacks.zip.
This is to update black so that you have the darkest black possible. The new texture being the solid black/border black/lettering black color.
Go to about phone/projector/tablet found in settings.

Tethering acceleration: makes usb work with poor internet connection.
Wi-Fi scan throttling: bypasses surges found in modems and routers in the network or networks you are connected to.
Transparent navigation bar: makes the "Top Sidebar Window" transparent when adjusting or changing the brightness.
Stylus handwriting: re-establishes connected objects to the object that you are using with the internet, modem, and router. This also allows you to write in the web address bar to explore the internet.
Step 3:
To start you will need a picture or something that is computer graphics.
While looking at the picture or graphics turn on "Force 4x MSAA".
Then change the "Background process limit" to "no background proccesses".
Keep looking at the picture or graphic image and change the force setting off and set the background process limit back to "Standard Limit."
When doing this you will see the detail of what you are looking at increase.
While switching these options on and back off. You can also imagine the picture or graphic in the following ways to apply graphics engines to the photo or image.
These are in this order:

The base engine goes from normal lighting to a yellow or gold lighting making the 2d images of the picture 3d. This makes the picture viewable in multiple angles.

The second one is like imagine something blue around the character having two layer it appears as black. 3rd: Third is print and format which will push or pull words up and to the left giving them a globally supported format for business or constructing code. This also removes negative flairing or poor gradients or incorrect shadowing by making the image more dynamic.

The fourth is applied by imagining gold or a set of black and white lines around the image or video. Keeping the window border gold and inside the window black and white where the video is located.
You will notice you are in this mode correctly when words in your developer options start to appear doubled or trippled as black and whjte or the letters will be highlighted around them with gold,
This will greatly enhance the graphics of the image. This will also border and center letters.
5th:
The 5th is RGB, applying this is like looking at the curves or 3 or an s combined with a hard nut.
Similar to how the outside of a nut looks when freshly picked or plucked from a tree is what it would be. Such as how 6 is formed as a number. You will notice a layer found on top or around letters appearing smoother than normal when applied correctly.

Anofher one:
While on a site you can imagine around the scroll bar black and white and this will change the sites scroll bar into an al based scroll bar.

You may also boost the speed of the object you are using by imagining it as a picture, graphics engine, or game.
