I would recommend the Fabric Wiki: https://fabricmc.net/wiki/tutorial:introduction.
Alternatively, Forge Docs: https://mcforge.readthedocs.io/en/latest/. The Forge Docs is quite lacking in some ways, compared to Fabric.
