I am trying to create a Minecraft mod but every time I try to open the Minecraft folder in eclipse, it says:

I've tried to redo everything 3 times and it still doesn't work. I've even changed tutorials but it didn't work and I followed step by step. This is my first mod ! Can someone help ?
I solved the problem that eclipse wasn't working, thanks! But I still cannot manage to open the Minecraft folder in Eclipse!! my project is pointing to eclipse folder that is inside of my project folder

It sounds like you're missing the .project file that eclipse uses. Make sure you run the
command after
I did this exact thing like 5 times and it didnt work! I just tried again but it still doesnt work! Do you have any other ideas of what it might be?
What are the contents of your project folder? Can you post a screenshot?

So the second error is caused because you don't have java or a jdk installed. It's possible that you have it installed, but eclipse can't find it because your path isn't set. What folder are you pointing eclipse to? It should be the eclipse folder, so

Still didn't work!! I followed all the steps form the comment and it didn't work!!
Maybe the forge version is not working?
Post a screenshot of your error and the console after running the two commands, gradlew setupdevworkspace and gradlew eclipse
