So, I was trying to get some of my block models implemented into my mod, and The last one is giving me some bizarre issues. So I've been admittedly copying and pasting the code from my working block models, but I've never had this problem before.
I figured it out. I had an extra '"textures" {' in my class JSON that must have been the result of a bad copy paste. Moral of the story people, when in doubt, use a JSON validator...
