I have a block that I need to be invisible using
// @Override public boolean renderAsNormalBlock() { return false; } // @Override public boolean isOpaqueCube() { return false; } // Removes Block Shandwing, but breaks items from attaching to it.. public boolean isFullCube() { return false; }
It works but now I can no longer attach a torch or rail track (paintings work, for some reason)...
So my question would be is there a way of making a "dummy" in the same place, or a way of codding it to allow attaching this stuff?
@SideOnly(Side.CLIENT) public BlockRenderLayer getBlockLayer() { return BlockRenderLayer.TRANSLUCENT; }
That's the only special method I call for my invisible/see through blocks. Also try making the material 'ROCK' or something
