To add vanilla items to your creative tab, override CreativeTabs#displayAllRelevantItems to add them to the list.

You didn't override CreativeTabs#displayAllRelevantItems, you created your own method with the same name that's never called anywhere.
Always annotate override methods with @Override so you get a compilation error if they don't actually override a super method.
I recommend using your IDE to auto-generate override methods with the correct signature and annotation.

I have a question: how can i add a creative tab to a vanilla item/block (as example the commandblock)
and how can i add item/blocks with meta data to a creative tab ?
