Keep your hands off MCreator. Nobody likes MCreator on here. Its software for 12 year old wannabe kiddie modders who have no idea what makes a good mod, and think they are programmers simply from clicking some buttons and inserting really bad selfmade textures. If you want to make a theme park mod, go ahead. But as a proper mod, not some MCreator product. Because MCreator shouldnt even exist, thats how pointless it is. I mean, I have actually been using it myself. But only for one purpose. Mini tweaks for my local gameplay. I wouldnt ever even consider uploading those. And I dont think of them as mods. Its fine to use MCreator for your own client, but dont release that stuff. Simply the fact that its made with MCreator already shows that anybody can make it. So why release something that anybody can make? Name me one good reason.
If you want to make something, you need to have the determination to make it. End of story.

I would also add that intelligence is actually made up in great part by determination. There's practically no skill of great value that can be learned in just an hour, or even a day. So anyone who can be considered intelligent must have spent some time learning whatever it is they can do. Weeks, months or even years, in order to be good at a thing. All the intelligence a person could have would mean nothing if that person had zero determination to follow through with things. So take heart, lace up your shoes and apply the human capacity to learn, to what you're interested in.

MCreator can't make multiplayer mods, you also mentioned command blocks. That means you want vanilla and not modded, we are not doing the work for you. You are making it yourself, and likewise: you can take all the credit yourself.

Try playing on HyPixel. You don't need mods, and you can play most of those games or variations of those and more. What you are talking about aren't really mods, but plugins / minigames for multiplayer.

As for the "roller coasters", just make your own rail designs. Actually, look up some sand duplication methods (if there are any anymore, I haven't done it in years) and create your entire spleef themepark with roller coasters, etc. Make a really awesome map, and try to advertise it in the maps section and see if people download it and make servers for it. If you do that, then maybe, just maybe, you will be able to have some fun online in your own creation.
Basically, no one wants to make the mod you suggested because plugins have already done that, and a lot of it is vanilla minecraft anyways. You just need to build.

Ah, MCreator. Just because your a kid, doesn't mean you can't code.
Here are some reasons why you shouldn't use MCreator.
If you want to make something, you need to have the determination to make it. End of story.
There is no easy path to making and coding mods.
Learning Java is essential for minecraft, and I recommend you look at the official oracle docs,
instead of wasting your time learning and creating a mod that everyone can make.

Sorry, I'm trying to work on my own mod. I'm very new to modding anyway. I doubt I'd be of much help. Good luck, though.
Well my theme park have:
-KFC :3
-Spleef:
+Dino spleefthere will be a dionosaur mouth under the spleef
+Ender spleef,players have to get to the top by using ender pearl
-Shotting minecart
-Maze
-Mini Skywar
-Especially there will be Jurrasic ride(100% dedicate like the ride in Universal Studio)
-Andlarva roller coaster,.....
-King of the ladder
-Death Match
But i need someone who is good in command block
