Right, so I'm currently making a mod for Minecraft that's going to be a boss mod. I used techne to build the model I was looking for, did all of the instructions to the letter; rotations are good, nothing particularly out of the ordinary. However when I went to texture it, even after I set up the textures the way they are supposed to based on the tutorials, I keep getting it glitched out as if it was mapped wrong. This doesn't happen if I manage to save a texture file then import it to the model immediately without any significant changes, but later attempts at importing and updating the texture pack causes the glitch.
Anyone know if this is fixable? It's getting really annoying; I'd like to be able to get this to work sometime soon.
EDIT: Nevermind, found the problem. In case if anybody else has had this issue, I found out that when making a skin for a model, you have to save your skin as the same name as your model. For example, the model "ModelDrake" should have a skin under it named 'ModelDrake" as well, otherwise it will glitch out.
