I`m wondering how i can add a dimension to my 1.5.2 forge mod and since the dimension API is outdated i cant find a working dimension creation tutorial i will appreciate any help given

i got the dimension to work but now there is no cooldown on it so im constantly teleporting between the dimensions can you guys help me with this too
