I have created a biome with ModLoader, but I don't want any mob to burn in it during the day. I have tried a few things to get this to work, but nothing does. Does anyone know how to do it?

Try creating a boolean to return whether or not the mob is in that biome...
you might be able to use chunkCoordX, chunkCoordY and chunkCoordZ to find the chunk the mob is in, from there poke around in he Chunk classes cuz idk
I thought that would be the case. Thanks for the help guys.

And this in WorldProvider.java
You MIGHT be able to accomplish this by creating a new dimension, but short of doing that, I'm pretty sure you're out of luck.
