Broken record here. But I've been working on this modpack for over a year. And the biggest problem I always seem to have is lag spikes caused by mobs and Villagers. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this issue?. The mods I have that add mobs are Fish's Undead Rising, Ice and Fire and Mowzie Mobs.
And the mods I've been adding to try and help with this lag issue is AI Improvements, AI Reducer, Entity Culling, TexFix, Performant because it has some tweaks to mobs. And I didn't know if this applied to Mobs. But I also have TileEntityLimiter. As usual I have BetterFPS, FoamFix and Optifine in there with texture animations disabled. Yet still I have huge lag spikes when I go into heavily populated villages and when a lot of mobs spawn in a chunk I'm in.
Or even when a mob attacks me I suddenly start getting lag spikes. It's probably overkill with all the mods I put in there just to fix this problem. But I've been working on this modpack for so long with the same issue that I put anything in my modpack that I think will possibly help.
