I've created a platform called Jaffle for command mods in Minecraft 1.13. If you are new to command modding or want a way to make your command mods consistent, give it a try.
Jaffle works by employing a simple scheduler that calls functions in 'glue modules' which in turn call the functions in your mods.
I'm planning to add more features and functionality. For example in the near future I'm going to add a feature where each player is given a unique number. This will make it easier to implement multiplayer compatibility. I'm also looking into setting up a random number generator.
I'm also working on an improved Python script compared with the one shown in the video that automatically identifies tags and scoreboard variables.
I've included a sample mod that protects the player's valuable items from a variety of hazards.
If you think this would help you make command mods but would like to see some additional features, let me know.
Also if you have any questions feel free to post a response here or on my website post.
I would rather be working on command mods than making videos or putting up lengthy posts, however I will try to add to the little information I've provided so far, especially as updates come out.
I've released Jaffle v1.1. This has the unique ID per player feature and also adds a feature (which was supposed to be there but hadn't been implemented properly) where burning a deadbush along with an item protected by the Protect Items Mod will destroy the item.

I believe you have put this in the wrong part of the forum.
If not here, I've no idea where to put it to be honest. Maybe under Minecraft tools?
I've published Jaffle in CurseForge here:

Also I've updated Jaffle to version 1.2: random number generator, additional timers.
