I don't think so. Not unless you do it from another computer/device outside the network you were on the first time you voted. ie. You might be able to do it on your cell phone out of the house when it's not on your wireless.
Edit: Update on the Strawpoll- It looks like right now the votes are in favor of removing the Thirst and Rot mechanics, and the very close runner up is to reduce the Rot rate (ie, make food last longer, and I have to say, I think I agree). I need a tie breaker! Go vote if you play the pack! http://strawpoll.me/5301414
I've been playing around with the pack for a couple days now learning some of the mods I haven't used before and some of the updates I haven't gotten for some of the mods I've setup myself. Gotta say it's a fun mod pack so far and I'd like to suggest a couple mods that might be worth looking into.
The first one is the Adventures Backpack ( http://www.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/225063-adventure-backpack ). I know you have a backpack mod in there already and it is a nice mod, but find I like Adventures a little better. I think the utility of this backpack is a little better and you can equip it to free up the inventory slot without taking up an armor slot as well.
The other mod that I think might make a nice addition is the Camping mod ( http://www.rikmuld.com/camping ). I think this mod could add to the games immersion for players who like to set up a permanent home or base, but like to go out on long exploration adventures
Not sure if you've already looked into these mods or not, just wanted to put the suggestion out there. I think either mod would make a good addition to the pack and as far as I'm aware neither should conflict with any of the other mods already in the pack. Thanks for your time and the awesome mod pack.
Edit:
I'd also like to suggest toning down the amount of health received from leveling or altering the health readout. After going through a dungeon for a short period of time I've gained so many levels that my heart bars are stacked half way up my screen. I enjoy the feature. It's fun watching my health go up as I level, but It's starting to get in the way of seeing what is going on. lol.

Awesome!! Thank you for all the feedback :D! So, let's see here;
As for Adventurers' Backpack MANY people have asked me to add it. Last I checked it was still having missing inventory issues, but that being said, I'll go have a look at it again and see what all the buzz is about. Now, the issue is that if I add that, the other backpacks kinda become useless, making me want to remove it, BUT people that USE those backpacks (such as myself!) will loose the stuff in them D: It's something I'll consider, but I don't think it will be added anytime soon cause I'm trying to do as little mod overlap as possible just cause the pack is already quite big
I actually had looked at adding the camping mod cause I thought it was quite cute and had the same line of thinking as you, but I think it changes some core mechanics that I'm not sure about. I'll have another look at it though. Maybe it's something I'll add in the upcoming update this week.
And yea, I'll be looking into what mod is causing that MASSIVE health increase.. I've had other reports from several players, so it's something I'm aware of and looking into how to handle Thanks so much again!
Edit: Pushed version 2.16 of the modpack. A few mods updated, and the pack should now (hopefully) have a temporary solution to the massive amount of hearts the player can obtain. See the changelog for details~
So, the modpack sounds great and all, and I want to play it a LOT, but the game REFUSES to let me use the F key to open my inventory. I just spent several hours reading through every config file in and out of the game, and NOTHING lets me fix this. I set inventory to F, and suddenly I just can't open it at all! (Thankfully, I can use one of the crazy number of other inventory buttons to access my normal hotbar and items, such as baubles inventory to even get the 2x2 crafting grid AND let me access the normal one via button press,) but the IDEA is rather bothering me. (Especially when someone else reports that the F key is doing strange stuff to their game as well.)
I spent like, 20 minutes flying around in creative mode searching for dungeons and found like, 6 relativly minor towers, 4 villages, and one fairly small underground dungeon. (And a surface mini-mineshaft.) Are there large dungeons in the overworld? Are there neat structures like castles and whatnot? I was kinda expecting worldgen stuff like Hexxit has, and am not entirely sure if my lack of common notable results intended. Are the neater dungeons and stuff limited to the other dimensions? Just kinda wondering what sort of variety I can expect to see in the world, as variety is what I love best. (Hence why this modpack SOUNDS so interesting.)
I still intend to play, mind you, I just figured asking these questions might get me some answers to the stuff that bothers me initially.
I'm still working on rebuilding the map, but at the moment it's only me, so it's slow going. I also have no place to host the server, so until I can find something that's powerful enough (for cheap, or even better, free) I don't see there being an official server any time soon.

This is really weird. I'm not sure what's going on with that F button. I'll boot it up tonight and see if I can figure out what's going on. I know F is bound to Thaumcraft's Focus changing mechanism by default.
There used to be larger dungeons in the pack, but I opted to remove them due to the terrain generation being just too much for most peoples machines. As a result, the rogue like dungeons are expanded down nearly to bedrock usually about every 1 out of 5 times they spawn. (So that even though the dungeons are large, they don't put stress on the rendering engine) I had Chocolate Dungeons (aka Better Dungeons) in the pack at one point, but too many people complained that their PC's couldn't handle it, so I removed it. Feel free to add it to your instance if you'd like- I left the config files in there for people who wanted to use it so that you will get the assigned dungeon generation rate, and custom dungeon items. Restructured (a mod that generates random buildings) was recently updated, so maybe I'll look into how the pack handles generating some large structures from there.
And it's not a problem Ask as many questions as you like! Thanks for the feedback!
Any interest to update it to 1.8? And... can you send me a link to download the entire modpack?
Oh, that's okay. Having problems with the Technic Launcher EVERYTHING I installed manually, and I just finished after centuries.
Forget it. Rather, give me a banner of support or do I create one myself? :3

i just downloaded this pack from the curse launcher, and im a bit confused.
the modpack contains HQM. the quest book is pretty much empty and looked like its being worked on. so i checked this thread if i have an outdated version.
the link on the op in this thread points to a homepage with an official version 2.4.2FINAL.
the version on the curse launcher is currently 1.7b?
which one is the right version? am i assuming correctly, that the curse version is long outdated?
I actually voted but i tried to vote for multiple after that i found out you could is there a way to revote?

Hmm. For some reason it keeps failing to download the modpack while I have no problems downloading other modpacks from the Technic Launcher
