Hi, I’m only just starting to take a peak into this mod, but I’m loving it. There is one request however… If you’re willing to do another update. I would love to see the other 10 C418 music discs added to the game. It felt weird we only got them after Release 1.1. Other than that, this mod leaves Beta 1.7.3 feeling expanded. It’s cool to see people put passion and effort into this silly block game.
If you’re using Prism or MultiMC, make sure you’ve selected Java 17 or newer. Older Java versions just won’t launch Cocoa at all. Also double-check that the launcher is actually picking the right Java path — sometimes it silently switches back to an outdated one. And if the game still refuses to start, try creating a fresh instance with the correct Java version to rule out any leftover config issues.
Hi, this is absolutely not the case for everyone! i've been using azul's version of java 8 just fine for all old versions of minecraft + cocoa.

- gold ore recipe
- from what ive seen, bonemeal doesn't seem to generate hydrangea and i feel like it should
- are acorns and pinecones supposed to be unobtainable? it would be cool if you could mine them and get the item, at least with scissors. also is their purpose to decorate or can they do something else?
- when you return to the main menu only from the credits, the splash text changes. idc if it does or doesn't but honestly id prefer it just doing one or the other
- its really weird how achievements automatically make you return to the game when you click "done", shouldn't they make you return to the pause screen?
- tool/armor repair, its backporting but its worth it
- cobblestone, wood, smooth stone and sandstone all have slab variants, but of all only cobblestone and wood have stairs alongside. smooth stone is a special case, because its not really a full block, but sandstone stairs are missing. you really should add these
- on the creative menu, you have to click on the survival inventory button to exit it instead of the creative inventory button, that feels weird

Thanks for the comment! Glad you like the corals, they're my favorite too. About the bugs, hydrangeas do generate from bonemeal, its just not as common, i should rebalance that. Pinecones and acorns are intended to be purely decorational and unobtainable. They really can't be used in that many situations so i prefer them to stay like the way they are now. I'll look into the other things you mentioned too, maybe i'll add sandstone stairs!

But why is it the last update?? Well, i feel pretty satisfied with the mod now, the mod was never intended to be drastic, so adding new blocks and items at this point feels unnecessary. I've added pretty much every QoL feature possible too, so there's not really much i can do. Also i've lost an interest in retromodding anyway. So the mod's not cancelled, just complete! Except for the server version, that's never going to happen. Sorry

I hope you can hide the world seed shown when pressing F3 and use the /seed command instead, because I am using my number as the seed.
