I wanted to share a mod I've been working on called LogScope. It's a simple client-side Fabric mod that lets you view Minecraft logs directly in the game.
What does it do?
Adds a "Show Logs" button to the title screen
Shows you game logs in a clean, easy-to-read window
Color codes messages by importance (green for info, orange for warnings, red for errors)
Lets you scroll through logs without leaving the game
Why might you want this?
Helpful for seeing what's happening when other mods have issues
No need to dig through log files or keep the game logs open
Great for mod developers and pack makers for quick debugging
How to use it:
Install Fabric Loader (>=0.15.11) and Fabric API
Drop the mod in your mods folder
Click the "Show Logs" button on the title screen
That's it!
Here are some screenshots:
Let me know what you think! This is my first mod release, and I'm open to suggestions and feedback. 😊
