Adds two new blocks:
Jumping Note Block (Plays music when you jump)
Stepped Note Block (Plays music when you walk)

Why, ahah this idea is a request from a Curseforge user, I found the idea so funny
So my idea is that you have a note block that you can hold in your hand and when you press left click it makes a sound and when you do right click it changes the sound.
