• Execute the command block with the right click (netherite_hoe) ( not implemented in Fabric* )
• Destroy command blocks only with a pickaxe (netherite_pickaxe)
• Open the BetterCommand Block IDE with the right click (wooden_shovel)

Honestly, it would be more useful if we could get the output of a command to run in another, example:

const mob = @e[type=Creeper,  limit=1]
execute at @mob run summon lightning_bolt

Yes, unfortunately, this is not possible without completely changing the operation of the "command block".

The command would no longer be vanilla compatible =(

The only possible things, are post-processor modifications, that is to say just before compiling the command to insert it in the "command block",
