Hello guys! I'm Grizillar and this is actually my first datapack. This datapack introduce you to old-fashioned western gun. The rifle based on Winchester Model 1886 and replace crossbow. The revolver based on Colt 1851 Navy and replace bow. Furthermore I replace sound of gun shot and gun impact with realistic high quality sound as well. However, this content is only the part of my big project that will be coming soon. So, stay tune for more contents.

Excuse me, first of all just wanna say that I appreciate that you made these guns look very fitting to the world of minecraft and that they have good sound effects and physics, but can I make a request? Could the base datapack have these two guns as an aside to the Bow and Crossbow? I love that the recipes have changed for them but I think that if I were to use this on a realm that people would be upset they can't just use arrows, whereas I would be upset if these guns fired arrows crafted by flint and steel. If it's not possible that's okay. I'm not sure if you can add assets into minecraft with datapacks. I don't know much about them.
Thanks you! I am glad you like it. Well, about the datapack information. The datapack is lines of code without command blocks. This is very interesting idea to put this contents aside of original content. But, as I said, datapack mostly manage code part. So, it's nearly impossible to seperate both of each contents with datapack. However, Minecraft allow us to change the data model with JSON format. So, It's possible. Unfortunately, this is out of my area of expertise.:steve_tearful: I can say I am pretty good at coding but designing, this is very tough.(I barely made this textures. I stuck in Adobe Photoshop half day and coded in just an hour). So, please, give me a time to study and research. In meanwhile, you can still get original crafting recipe by typing command "/recipe give @a minecraft:bow" per se. If you have anymore question feel free to ask. Good day!
