Welcome to the revival of More Creeps and Weirdos!
This thread is no longer going to be considered active, but we do have a ton of the mobs for the revival finished which you can find a link to in our discord, otherwise if anyone wants to take a chance at finishing it, here's the open source code:
Freakstritch (the original creator of this mod) Link to OG thread hasn't been onto the Minecraft forums in almost a year, and hasn't spoken about More Creeps since 2017. This mod was a big part of many young modders childhoods and we've decided to try our hand at bringing it back.
The ENTIRE mod has to be recoded from scratch. Minecraft has been through many updates and changed how parts of the game work internally. So far, we have a lot of them complete!
The first mob was none other than the fan favorite, Guinea pigs! Here's our little video of it in 1.12.2.
To Do List:
(If they say 100%, it means that they are in the game now, otherwise they are not yet!)
When will be released will be fixed the issue with mo creatures since in 1.10.2 i played more creeps and mo creatures and sadly all the mobs from mo creatures where invisible
Hello there! it took me awhile to log into my account but I want to say I am super excited about this! I remember the days of having this mod and MO 'creatures I wish you guys or gals the best with this! don't give up people will love this
I immediately say that if the project is taken seriously I am willing to donate something
I say this since there have been many jobs for this Mod that haven't been successful

Hi! Thanks so much for replying to our thread and letting us know you are all excited. As for how much work it takes, it's a lot, but not a crazy amount. I work really fast, the thing is that the entire mod has to be recoded and that's a ton of entities and items, but I do have a 3-day weekend I plan to use to my advantage, as well as working on it a little bit at night. Thanks for all the encouraging replies everyone! It gives us encouragment to want to complete it even more.
As for the donations, I think i'll take them after I get some sort of beta released. Thanks!

However I suggest you move to other Forums or websites because in June the Minecraft Forum is archived.

Also, we are 75% done with the basic attacks for mobs that only attack once they see you so that knocks out quite a few!
I suggest you move to PlanetMinecraft or CurseForge, they are the only reliable communication routes left alive
I also advise you to create a public Discord Server to keep everyone in touch without problems
The only site I know of to create Mod in the Forum is PlanetMinecraft, the problem is that it's not organized as a Minecraft Forum, but I think it's the best choice

It should work with Mo Creatures! We have all new written code and we do test it with and without Mo Creatures installed tbh lol
Also! Guinea pigs are done! Now onto hot dogs

Hello! I used to be the developer of More Creeps and Weirdos Rebooted, I gave up because I lost motivation.
I'm glad this is being revived and i'm excited to play it once it's released!
If you need help or assets for anything, I can hook you up with all of them!
I have saved some progress on WayBack Machine in case the Post page is lost.
I can understand why you'd lose motivation, EVERYTHING has to be recoded and it can be very straining, we're still goin hard though! Thanks!
It'll only be 1.12.2 compatible and then we'll work on the most recent update (1.14 something)
