Control all aspects of bone meal:

- Disable vanilla bone meal usage such as plants, saplings, and grass

- Enable custom bone meal targets like cactus, sugarcane, nether wart, melons, vines and chorus plants

- Add custom rules to turn dirt into grass, grow lilies on water or turn coarse dirt into mycelium

- Grow baby animals using bone meal (including baby zombies)
