Instructions:

Install Tinker's Construct Mod 1.6.4

Install Unique Artifacts Mod 1.6.4

Install Lucky Block Mod 1.6.4

Replace LuckyBlockProperties file in config/lucky

Replace blockLucky file in assets/lucky/textures/blocks

Most importantly, install Minecraft Forge.

Download the mod:

Once everything is set up, launch Minecraft, load a world, and enjoy the epicness of the block.
