Teleporting XP, for when you want to improve performance with XP farms
This is caused by textures unable to fit into texturemap; max. texturemap size is 8192x8192; probably you have many mods installed, and minecraft is unable to fit all textures from them into the texturemap. You will either have to wait for an update, or use less mods, or manually remove two big textures in the SCP mod file.
First, make SCPs spawn naturally, but extremely rarely. If possible, make only one of each SCP spawn in a world too. (For item SCPs, make them spawn on an item frame or alone in the middle of a chest.) Make them spawn on mountain tops of deep in caves. If they belong in a certain area (like SCP 1057 belongs in water or SCP 354 spawning in colder climates), then make them spawn there specifically.
Next, add naturally spawning Foundation facilities. They should either spawn in plains or underground, like an abandoned mineshaft. They should have SCP containment rooms, where NPC SCPs should be in containment chambers and item SCPs should be in chests, item frames, or other item containers. There should also be D Class holding areas (where D Class should spawn inside cells). Other possible features could include cafeterias, dorms, and armories. Other than that, make it feel like the foundation with white and black, but be creative! Make unique hallways, ceiling, and exteriors.
Finally, you should make security guards and MTF Nine Tailed Fox operatives. They should spawn inside facilities, shoot D Class, players, and SCPs on sight. If possible, give them patrol routes as well, and even try to make special roles, like snipers.
I would really like to see these things introduced, and I would bet money that others would too!

We will add some non-SCP NPCs in the future, though don't you think it's a bit dumb that they would shoot SCPs on sight? The things they are supposed to protect? The moto is "Secure, Contain, Protect", not "Kill, Kill, Kill".
