005 lacks a keycard thingy at a door
002 has metal walls while they're supposed to be fleshy
008 can't actually inect people which is kinda meh
009 can't actually infect water.
Btw, let the biohazard suits work in preventing status.
006 gives unlimited instant absorption which is insanely OP
Entities could use double doors
019 requires level Five to enter. That's ridicolous. It means only O5s, their staff and the Administrator can enter.
019's incinerator is damn useless. Try lava.
023's perfect but I hope it doesn't kill you in creative, that'd just be annoying. Also can't test multiplayer but if it killed a random player could be cool.
027-02 is just some guy in a house that doesn't fight back against you if you punch him despite being an ex security officer. You could actually make him an anomaly, you know?
049 should give wither and, if possible, attack randomly and not on sight. Also, should do his zombie-like thing to villagers.
053 doesn't aggro villagers and should have crazy regen.
087's good but I'd stop torches and add the child cry
096 regenerates damage. Also you shouldn't be able to just run from him, can you add some sort of status effect it gives you and other mobs?
106 should be powerful and destroy blocks while creating portals to other dimensions, it should not defeatable while naked.
109 is just "UNLIMITED BONE MEAL" and can't be drunk nor used as actual water.
111 is cool but I'd love to see them work like pets
124 is slow and requires level Four clearance. That defaults only to Site Director and head researcher/head of security IIRC. A bit too much for an "Euclid" (which should actually be Safe)
131 does not move, is in a containment cell despite its SCP and, more importantly, begs the question: why 131?
143 is a forest of 300. Also its leaves should hurt. Actually, it's PETALS.
148 is 120 ingots, not 14.
151 is wrong, killssupposed to kill you after an hour through drowning. Make it 1 minute maybe.
160 has level 1 clearance. A bit too low.
173 is too slow, it's supposed to be "You blink and you're dead". Besides, it's already far easier than normal 173. Oh and it's indestructible for some reason.
Didn't try 178 because I find multiple eyed creatures disgusting.
250 shouldn't require level 4. Also, seriously, anomalous armor? I think the Foundation would go for some kind of iron armor meant to protect from stabs yes, but not 143.
Could add items that 261 actually selled
280 requires level FIVE clearance. Talk about exposing O5s to unnecesaary risks. Oh and it also has a 6*6 meters chamber which bugs me because it's explicitly stated to be 5*5
294 should dispense items in paper cups.
Add an "amputation" status effect for 330 that prevents holding stuff
346 isn't anomalous and is only kept because Rights like it. Also it's in a birdcage. Also, why 40 hp?
354 has level 5 **** again (make it 4) and apparently entities are underpowered. I haven't seen them all but -1 destroyed a watchstation and is weak while -4 is supposed to be humanoid.

409 is a reskinned catus while it should probably be a crystal-like thing that give you a status and when you die makes you explode into more crystal-like things. Also should slowly "infect" the enviroment besides granite. Also, level 5 again.
For some reason sometimes 358 doesn't work
472 is just a dark room that doesn't give any allucinations. Also the Foundation would never make it so pointlessly dark.
SCP-500 is a small plastic can which at the time of writing contains forty-seven (47) red pills. Also, it should require level 4 clearance as said in the SCP section. Also, it doesn't actually cure from any ailment in-game for some reason.
553's Containment is so different from the one outlined in the page that I dunno how to point out what's wrong. Also, I assumed they actually have a life cycle, amrite? And 40 hp is super weird for small cave butterflies.
You can punch 538. Also, there's no D-class on the bed which would mean all 538 instances are dead. Also, 538 instances don't die when not fed. Also, the lighting sucks. And they don't bite/follow your shadow. Also, no airlock.
548 is in a 50*50 cm terrarium. Also, it shouldn't have more health than the player being a 7 cm tarantula. And it shouldn't aggro.
Can't complain about 594 not being in a 54 km^2 field for obvious reasons but the fact that its wool is only a levitating thingy makes me say meh.
668 has a gimkicky and counterintuitive redstone system which is kinda odd and it explicitly requires level 2 according to the page. Also, it doesn't work.
689 kills only through crushing. Also it seemingly doesn't affect villagers. Oh and can't test it on multiplayer but hopefully it works as intended.
718 doesn't spread. Also that whole Roget's proposal thing'd be neat.
811 is fine but tbh a bit barren (no incentive to go there y'know)
822 should wither

I think that the MTF helicopters and Trucks should spawn MTF and they attack the SCPs and Class-D mobs.
