This mod was originally created by ZenDarva for Minecraft 1.5. Since then, it has been almost completely rewritten by myself. Regardless, permission was recieved from ZenDarva here
This mod adds the basics of Allomancy from Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn series to Minecraft
The first eight Allomantic abilities are fully added. This mod features the necessary world gen for said metals, but that can be disabled in the configuration and supports all the OreDictionary entries you would expect.
This mod is based around one key bind and the use of both mouse buttons.
The basic mechanics of the mod are essentially the same as in the book series.
Hi, I see you don't seem to have any discussion here. I've been using Allomancy for a little while, including my current game, happily I got an early Lerasium.
So far this game, Iron and Steel helped me find some diamonds (and a boatload of iron ;)).
I haven't had much chance this game to use the others, but in a previous game I used Brass (and some tricks from other mods) to make a zoo of all the hostile monsters. A trick I learned from another thread for zoos: Put them into a box of glass blocks, then use a piston to push more glass down to fill the box. The glass doesn't suffocate them, and now you don't see all those ugly inside faces for the glass. Another trick I figured out myself: The Enderman needs to be in a minecart. (Tin and Pewter were useful too.)
One Quibble: The selection GUI doesn't pause single-player; that said, it might be OP to pewter up in the middle of a fight or iron-pull my way out of a long fall.

I did some CraftTweaker scripts for Mystical Agriculture. They fill in a couple of small gaps in MA, and also let you make or duplicate not only vanilla plants, but the blocks, plants and wood from Quark and Biomes O'Plenty. Also spawn eggs for most vanilla mobs! The scripts are here on Github.
