-Hotkey Fill blood bottle: somehow it was a bit unituitive for me, that only Vampire hunters can use that skill. When I first read it, I thought that vampires could use it to store a part of their blood(hunger) bar in bottles.
Not sure which hotkey you are refering to. I guess you are using the 1.10 version, maybe you mean the blood potion crafting key?
I would like some offensive magic for a vampire... like..... what if we can transform into a cloud of poisonous gas? that slowly poisons and kills anyone in contact with it? what about the ability to spawn magical bats that deal damage?
or a bat sonar that can provide a defense while in bat form?
also... it'd be kinda neat if we can get vampire forts spawning... old, ancient places infested with those with cursed blood....which would be a sanctuary for those damned to the curse.
Not sure about transforming into a poisonous gas but some offensive (ranged) magic attack for vampires sounds good, spawning bats or something else might be an idea.

I'm not sure if you can have all the skills but you can give yourself levels using "/vampirism level Vampire 14" (to get Vampire level 14) or Hunter for Hunters.

So I'll take it then that the ability to craft holy water has yet to be implemented?
If you are using a recent alpha version, it is already implemented, but not explained. You can either trade with some priest villagers or you can right-click a church altar with a holy salt water bottle. For that you need holy salt, which again is blessed pure salt (right-click the church altar).
I've updated the GuideBook just now, hope that explains it a little bit better.
Two month later than planned I have all features implemented that I wanted to have in Version 1.1 of Vampirism.
So it's time to release the first beta of Version 1.1, it is more or less stable, but might still contain some balancing issues or other bugs.
But even if you like to play with stable versions of mods, please consider updating anyway, since without you guys using this version and reporting issues there is now way for me to find and fix them.
You can find the changelog on the Download page, but if you have checkout the alpha version you already know what's inside and if not, let me tell you that the vampire hunter side got a greatly improved arsenal of skills and techniques.
I will wait some time (maybe a few weeks) until I do the final release (non beta) and finally start updating to 1.11. Thereby you have time to find issues and give feedback and our great team of translators has a chance to translate the new strings. Again big Thank You to you guys!
Is there a good way to control the spawn of the vampire hunters? I've looked through the config but haven't found a way to do it. They are litterally all over my world. Can't go a stone's throw without bumping into a camp of them.

Can you make it, so that hostile mobs are neutral if you are a vampire, and still hostile if you are a vampire hunter or a normal person?
you are smaller in bat form, so less blood use would make sense.
plus since you can'[t attack/use tools, its not that OP

I got two suggestions (may not be good)
1. a garlic grenade, made using garlic juice.
2. explosive crossbow, the explosive crossbow would be made with crossbow arrow, slime ball, and garlic grenade (if you add garlic grenade)
and could look something like the black mesa crossbow
i wonder if a werepyre addon can be made with maxainer and razmen working together
So far ive found on server with the updated mod, but it has a lot of other mods on it and is laggy, anyone else know any servers?
