That Finisher skill is damned nice! Neat to also have a projectile ability, although I still like the bow better. I just dont like how some stuff has to be chosen by going to a wheel. I know its a limitation with MC more than anything else, so I tend not to use attack abilities from the wheel too often

I don't know if this will effect anything but it makes my server log hard to read. Thank you

ooh. one thing though. is there a hotkey i could bind my projectile power to? maybe make it so im not affected by my own blasts (i dont like being slowed)
With 1.4 you can bind actions to a hotkey. See "/vampirism bind-action"
I intentionally made the blast affect the shooter themself. It is supposed to be a mid range weapon, so it should not work well on close range. Thereby other players are able to try to evade the shots. If nobody likes this, I can remove this of course.
hoping we can get a cheat option to just disable cooldown for all skills.
it's kinda annoying having to go back and change every little update.

ooh. and another thing i think would be neat.
an ability to turn into mist, which lets you pass through walls and enemies alike. can be upgraded into a poisonous ability that poisons all who touch you while in mist form.
maybe a hypnosis power which puts enemies into a deep sleep for easy blood consumption. it would only work on living targets, though.

I like the newer config options too.
You can use the sieve on its own to clean third party modded blood fluids
You can bind up to two actions to actual keys. See controls and "/vampirism bind-action"

Looks like the Avoided by Creeper skill will not work. Some other mod seems to be interfering.
To get rid of this message you can go to the config balance vampire player skills and deactivate avoided_by_creepers

The guards won't directly target vampires. But if vampires should deal damage they might attack.
However, the vampire hunters are present to protect the village against vampires
So i tried to bite a cow it turned into a vampire cow and i killed it and my game crashed. And it crashes again if i kill a vampire sheep or any other vampire mob

So i joined what i thought was the discord server for the vampire mod, and in it they told me that its not REALLY the discord for the vampire mod, but only for bug reports? and so they suggested I join the other one, so i did. But that one seems more about an MC server that is running the vampire mod. So i am a bit confused as to which discord server is for what/why the mod needs 2 discord servers?
I would like to make a suggestion for mod compatibility.
I would love to see compatibility with the Nutrition mod so that if you have turned into a vampire, your nutrition values do not lower as you don't have to eat anymore.
I would suggest putting all the nutrion values to a configurable value that defaults to 30 (the default minimum which you drop to when you die).
I have not heard about any issues lately so I decided to move 1.4 from beta to release. This also applies for the IntegrationsMod (which was not heavily tested though).
There also have been some backported fixes for 1.10 and 1.11.

Blood values has to reach a minimum amount to make the creature actually biteable. Also there is a max cap.
Dynamically calculated values are stored with the world (world/vampirism/vampirism-dynamic-blood) will be moved to (world/vampirism/dynamic-blood-values.txt) in next alpha. You can copy the values from here to the configurable blood value file to easily adjust them
Manually configured values win over hardcoded ones, hardcoded ones win over dynamically calculated ones
Entities sync and store their blood values, so it should be sufficient to change values on server side (including them in modpack is still recommend) . Also any changes only affect newly spawned entities from now on
To prevent specific entities from getting dynamically generated values you can add "entityid:0" to your blood value config

vampire players could bite other vampire players for infinite blood.
I'm not sure if you're supposed to be able to bite hunter players with hunter armor equpiped, because one of the main purposes of the armor is to prevent vampires from biting you and punish those that do.
To prevent vampires from using their powers or biting at spawn is it possible to add a server permission? Maybe something like vampirism.actions.bite?

you should really work with Razmen because werewolf's and vampires he does werewolf's and you do vampires and they go together.

One is supposed to be exclusively about the mod the other one exclusively about the server.
However, for most things I prefer the MC Forum or Github over Discord as these are more structured
