Seals and Stamps are now always claimed when crafted.
The guide now explains Alliances, Enemies, and Squads.
Commands should no longer require op.
If these changes work(Tbh, I haven't tested any of them yet), I will port this version to 1.10.2. You'll have to tell me if it does, because I don't see any time for the next few days that I can test it. If not, use the issue tracker, and I will address any remaining issues asap.
Also, someone on CurseForge suggested an idea that I really like, and want to implement. An item that allows you to pick up and transport your skeletons. This would allow you to carry them in to other dimensions, and anywhere they wouldn't be able to walk. So, my question for you all, what should the item be?
What about some kind of horn, drum, or gong for a summoning item? A "Call To Arms". Tuba of the dead just seems a little odd. You need to craft it to bind it to you and your armies, like you now do with the seals and stamps. Or perhaps a seal or stamp is needed for crafting it. The menu for the guide can add whole armies to the summoning item, maybe a check box next to the listings, and the individual skeletons will have an option to be bound or unbound to the summoning item, like adding or removing them from an army. Right click and the selected armies will be summoned to the sound of whatever instrument you are using to call them, maybe rising from the ground for visual effect. I'm not expecting some climbing animation, but I'm imagining them just appearing rising upright from the top of whatever block they are summoning on. Shift right click, the sound will play again, and the selected minions will sink into the ground with a particle effect, like undead going back to sleep.

The biggest hurdle I see with this is that it would be extremely difficult to summon skeletons from parts of the world that aren't loaded. As cool of an idea as this is, I just don't see it working right.
Here is a section the comment about it from CurseForge, I think these item ideas are pretty good, and possible.
"Some kind of transportation item - a phylactery bauble or bone sack, maybe, into which you can stuff skeletons so as to move them between dimensions or sneak them into diplomatic negotiations."
I don't know if this would be possible, but it could be useful. When someone in a survival situation is building up an army and they are adding armor, weapons, and augments when they can afford to do so it can get frustrating trying to remember who has which augments. So one thought is instead of having to open 20 inventories to find that one minion who does not yet have an apple you can now toggle on and off a little hovering item over their heads showing who has which augment installed.

@Crafty_Angyl Skellies with halos over their heads? XD
I just mean a little icon for the item being used as an augment.
The option just makes it looks like a miniature dropped item is hovering over the skeleton's head, perhaps with the floating/ spinning animation that is seen in dropped items if that is simple enough to do and wouldn't cause too much lag. If used it might make sense if that animation could be something turned off in the video settings either with fast graphics or by decreasing particles, so players with very sensitive computers can shut it off mid-game.
Back to the idea for transporting skellies with an item. What if instead of selecting skellies to be bound to that item so they could be called up from anywhere, you instead selected them or selected their army and they would blink out or sink into the ground. Sort of disappear as though they were sent to a pocket dimension. Like using 1 spawn egg type item for collecting many mobs. Then you bring them back out of dormancy or respawn them using the item at your destination and the item would indiscriminately release all of the mobs. So you aren't calling them from another destination, the data is stored with the item.
I'm just wondering how you can call a large group without them spawning all at once on one block and then suddenly shooting everywhere like a chicken bomb. Which in the Nether without fire resistance would no doubt be hilarious for about 5 seconds. Then the hair ripping starts while trying to rescue the survivors.
The only way I can really think of for avoiding this is if there is a cap on how many skellies are summoned at once. Like 5 per summon. You just repeatedly summon 5 at a time to release them all. And the number could be changed in the config.
If someone here has never before heard of the infamous "chicken bomb" look it up for a good laugh!
I'm envisioning skellies crawling out of the ground like in a horror film, so cool
For a Minecraft equivalent I was picturing them in a standing position simply rising or sinking into the top of the block they are standing on, perhaps with the particle effect used for sprinting. But that could get interesting in water...
So, you've heard about the infamous "chicken bomb"? Because I wish they made a smiley out of that. And it really is a good visual representation of what happens when too many things spawn in a 1 block space.

Man I wish there was a 1.7.10 version then I could use it with my other mods
Wow, this was just what I was looking for how did somebody know that I wanted to make an army so badly?
Whoops. I entered it in the guide book wrong. Add a gold nugget in the bottom center. I will fix the recipe in the guide book in version 2.3.2.

....Anyone else have the keychain vanish when you attempt to add a skeleton to it? Lost two warrior skele's and two keychain's due to this.
I never have, but I'll certainly look in to it. I know I wouldn't like losing army members like that.
