I have a request, I would like to use your mod in a Adventure Style Pack how ever I really need players to be allowed to farm any kind of crop at any time of year. The pack is themed in space and there really are no seasons in space. I would go with another mod but really yours is just the best, the animals look awesome, the crops look and work so cool and I want to limit what people can craft but you do not need to craft anything to cook and use the food in your mod so its perfect. So my request is a config setting, that can be false by default, that would let any crop be planted any time of year.

The goddess is literally essential to the mod. That will not happen. She is the one who explains how to play, she is the one who gives you stuff to get started.

Aw I rather like the goddess. Cute way to learn how to start a mod, little nicer then a book, not that books are bad. I am working on a modded Adventure Map right now, that I need the config for. I do have a pack tho, that has Harvest Festival in, It is mostly for my server, a little small cause of my pc but I like it.
First off I really love this mod however is cooking still WIP because when I use the recipe book to cook, it never detects any adjacent blocks next to the block i'm trying to cook with. For example if I'm trying to cook cornflakes, it will detect the frying pan but will say it needs an oven below it even when there is one.
I would also love if the cooking blocks worked with hoppers and other mod pipes. It would be so cool in the late game to have large automated factories producing all the various meals.
Finally why not change vanilla recipes to use your items. For example pumpkin pies could use harvest festival eggs or be able to convert them in a crafting table. It seems a bit messy to have to go to that guy in the general store and exchange them.

I'm not going to let you use hoppers to cook with these cooking things as that feels weird to me. However I do have plans to have machines that would be automatable but they'd only make specific things like butter, mayonnaise, jams etc. I'll probably let the harvest sprites be able to cook meals though when I add them :p.
You can make pumpkin pie in the HF oven using pumpkin, sugar and egg. The recipe just doesn't show up in the current version. I did add it so all the vanilla recipes I added will show in the recipe book for the next version. My rule one rule of this mod is not to use the vanilla crafting table so that's not an option.
Having a lot of issues with inventory pets. They do not eat and even trying to replace them in creative results in the pet reverting back to exhausted state and wont recover. Very frustrating after saving up 50k for one before they were reduced to 10k. Otherwise I'm really really enjoying this mod.
I've also made an extended shipping list for Farming Valley that includes a lot more items, more or less balanced around the modpack prices. Might be useful to you, before you go to the trouble of adding them all in by hand. (Link goes to Google Drive folder containing the edited script file and a document explaining what it contains and how to install it.)

In the crop excell, what does y2 mean and I also wanted to know the meals' prices. Plus your too late, I already made the file and it hated every minute. I could never be a mod pack creator
Hi. If anyone is willing since Yulife is no longer texturing for me anymore I need some help. I have seven dishes left for 0.6 that need some textures (in the same style as currently). Would be appreciated if anyone could help!
I am not ever going to even entertain an option of removing the entrance in to the mod. It sounds like something is seriously bothering you about something so innocent so it's clearly not a mod for you.
After I traded in a vanilla hoe for a new HMM(Harvest moon mod) hoe. The moment I try to use it, it turns back into a vanilla hoe.
Question:
This might be a stupid question, but how can I repair a HMM tool since they seem to have exp feature on them and when turning a vanilla tool into a HMM tool, they seem to reset. so this one isnt a bug, but just a question.
Hi everyone. Just curious... been trying to get this working on my computer for about 2 hours now trying so many different versions of forge and they're not even showing up on my launcher and when they do and I log into the forge versions, the harvest mod doesn't seem to be there. Am I missing something? Would love someone to do a video on exactly how to install this.

How much is each item worth? I'm playing Farming Valley and I wanna add my own items to the list but I have no clue how to price match

Bring the watering can to the blacksmith with 10 copper ore and 1k gold, while holding it chat with him and he will take it for 3 days to upgrade it.

I haven't figured out all the meals yet, just the crops. Y2 = year 2.
In 0.5 the price of the meals is 1.25x the value of the ingredients used generally. Although duplicate ingredients add less and less to the value.

Take it to the blacksmith with a piece of stone and some gold. He will repair it for you.
