The 3.1.0 has fixed the issue but the 1.10.2 download button leads to a 1.8.9+ version which is marked as 1.10.2 but forge can't launch because the mod wants Minecraft 1.8.9. The latest version (as of now) works on 1.8.9 but not 1.10.2.

There were similar problems between them and Improved First Person mods whenever they'd show up.
I specifically cancel the rendering of the hand using the Forge event system. It's possible, however, for another mod can override my override. That may very well be what's happening with the shaders. Does the hand have an item in it? If not, I might be able to create a work-around that will override the rendering on the model scale instead of through the Forge code.

That's Forge being stupid right there. The code for those two versions is exactly the same, but I guess Forge compiles them differently. I've uploaded a complete set.
So I downloaded the latest version of the mod, made sure I was using latest forge, and logged into a single player world to test. The result was an invisible body so I made a new world which then showed the body. I then tried some servers and one worked and the other didn't work. I decided to make a video of this bug so it could be shown in action.
Yeah I have been experiencing the same problems for me. Not entirely sure what the issue is.
Will this mod eventually be compatible with smart moving and other mods that effect the player body (Like morph and etc?) I'm not sure if it already is or not because I haven't checked if someone wants to check for that'd be great
The 1.10.2-3.1.0 version still has the bug I mentioned earlier where your body will appear on some worlds and not on others. the bug doesn't exist on the 1.8.9-3.1.0 version.

Think I finally fixed the bug. Try version 3.2.0 out.

I can't get it to happen on servers but I can still get the bug on older single player saves. I also had a strange thing happen where I went on one world and saw my body then quit and went to another older save and went back to the one I had tested first to see no body. I quit the game and started it back up and went back to the save and my body popped in to existence again. re-launching the game and logging in to the problematic world first seems to solve it.
Yay!

Holy cow. Well I'm no expert so I'm going to say remove a mod > launch game > if it works then great, if it doesn't work then restart. I'd recommend starting with shaders mod. Or you could just wait for don to say something, which might be the smarter option.

I always wonder how people can expect so many mods to play nice with each other. At that point you've got more modder code than Mojang code!
You've hit the nail on the head as far as testing is concerned. One of those mods has to be ignoring my cancellation of the rendering of the player hand. I'm not surprised Shaders is causing havoc; it basically overrides the entire rendering system.
By the way, did your issue go away? I couldn't really tell from what you posted if re-loading the world fixed the problem.
I play using 1.7.10 with lots of mods, and i see and default arm, and arms from Realistic First-Person Rendering mod. Why?
(Sorry for my English, I am Rissian)
I don't see any arms from RFPS in that picture. Could you let me know what mod version you are using?
I'm 90% certain that it's the shaders.

Again, what Forge/MC/mod versions are you using? There's a bit of a difference between the 1.7.10 code and the 1.8.9+ code.

Please, help me to fix this problem!
Try turning shaders off and see what happens.
Edit: I logged into a world with shaders on and saw the same thing so the problem is shaders.

This mod seems incompatible with the doctor who client mod.... D:
I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW LONG I HAVE WAITED FOR THIS.
THANK YOU!

Exactly how is it incompatible?
