Hello, I briefly recall there being a command/gamerule for 1.7.10 which removed the need to feed your dinosaurs. Does anyone here mind sharing it with me?
Hey I made a series of short videos looking at the JurassiCraft crafting recipes. If anyone would like to see a tutorial for anything else let me know!
This is the first video of the series but should lead to the others:

Well, I'm afraid there isn't currently anything for that. However, we do intend to add a config option for it at some point.
ok so i have downloaded all of the files for forge 1.12.2 for my current version and it worked in my game but i looked and i need 1.10.2 or whatever so i downloaded that but it still doesnt work i was under the assumtion that i just download the files and play like it says in the description but i guess im wrong because for the last 3 hours litterally i have been bouncing back and forth trying to get this to work so im at a loss and im at the point of i should just delete all of these files and just play normal minecraft even tho having dinos would be super cool but as i said it seems impossible to get this mod to work even after downloading all of the right files

Yes, latest version of this mod only supports 1.10.2. When you say it didn't work when you changed versions, what do you mean? Did it crash? Did it still show a version mismatch? Also, to use the mod you need to install LLibrary, also for 1.10.2.
Hey this is a really neat mod and I really love it, but my main complaint is the fact that the dinosaurs die if you don't feed them. In fact, sometimes they'll randomly die even if you DO feed them (I have 1.8, though so this may have been fixed). I know you wanted to make this realistic but it is highly obnoxious especially when trying to just make a fun little zoo. It's nearly impossible to do this. No matter how often I feed the dinosaurs, they'll die. I'd rather them be like regular mobs (such as cows and pigs) where you don't necessarily have to feed them in order to keep them alive. I'll admit it's fun to watch the herbivores run around and eat the grass, but it's really obnoxious when they keep dying and you simply cannot keep them from doing so. Has this been fixed in the later versions? If not, can you please???

Yes, this has been fixed. In the full releases, we also have a gamerule that disables dinosaur metabolisms.

Dear Jurassicraft, I very much enjoy playing with your mod, it is EXTREMELY well made, to a level to which few other mods reach. I do have a few questions on the mod that I can't find after searching. Firstly, I am uncertain as to whether or not the JC server is still up, I have been looking but to no avail have a found it. Is it still up? If so where is the website as I can not find it? Secondly, In-Game the electric fence (Which both looks and functions great, especially in the new update that makes it so my dinosaurs don't kill themselves on it) is known as the 'Low-Security Fence', Can they currently withhold larger animals eg: T-Rex? Will more types be added in the future to hold larger animals? And lastly, do you plan to make the machines Redstone compatible, I especially would like the ability to use hoppers to give the feeders a constant supply of food. Thank you for reading this, good luck with the mod!

Unfortunately, there are currently no servers that I know of, although, there are a few being worked on.
The fence can hold all types of dinosaurs. We may implement higher security fences in the future, and at that point we'd make the low security fences less effective for larger creatures.
Yes, we do plan on making the machines properly redstone compatible.

This has probably been answered in the past before, but when will all of the creatures that used to be in the mod be added back? couldn't find it in the thread.
Hello ! Although meager addition for a long waiting time: /. It's a shame to have made some choices, which have lost 90% of the players. The
mod is cruelly lacking in biodiversity, there are fewer dinosaurs than
in 1.7.10, and after several years of patience, the mod comes out ... In
1.10. No real AI innovations, and apart from the vegetation, few novelties I find. It
seemed like a good start, but personally, when I saw the enormous
potential of your version in 1.8.9, and when I see what it will probably
end (your activity decreases, and I do not think that it will go further), I find it a pity. The most interesting in the mod was realism and biodiversity, and one of the two elements was lost. You bet on quality, but the content of the updates is poor, and the potential little exploited. If I were you, I would try to make the 1.8.9 version playable and definitive! The
dinosaurs are superb, and everything is quite complete, unfortunately,
there is still a lot of bug (some carnivores do not attack, the
Indominus does not jump the blocks, and the creation of dinosaurs is too
complicated). Make sure not to spoil this potential, these models, and all this work! It would be a shame, you had gone so far: / ...

We do have plans for improved AI, improved behaviour, and of course a wide range of creatures (representing most "levels" of the food chain, particularly among aquatics), and we would love to add all of this in as soon as possible.
However, by far the biggest factor that's limiting us is the lack of available coders (at the moment we only have one active coder, and he's currently having trouble with fixing one of the major bugs in the latest release). If you know anyone who could help us, please let us know.
Thank you for your constructive criticism.

Yes. All (or at VERY least, most) of the prerelease creatures will be returning, along with a lot of brand new ones. However, due to the coder situation, it's difficult to say exactly when.
So, I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I have downloaded the mod but only have 10 dinosaurs. It is the latest version. But I've seen videos of JurassiCraft with so many others, including the I-Rex, Spinosaurus, Carnotaurus, Giganotosaurus and so on. Is that just a test version of the mod that only the developers have access to? Or am I missing something?
Thanks for any help you can lend! Could definitely use it.
This maybe a dumb question but will this backported to 1.7.10 just asking.

Thank you. That's much appreciated.
I'm sorry, but that's not happening. 1.7.10 is too old, and we must move on.

Will any dinosaurs from Jurassic World: Evolution make an appearance in future updates?
