The default strainer id's for the configuration file are:
strainer_survivalist
strainer_survivalist_tight
strainer_survivalist_wide
Optional you can set individually loot tables for:
strainer_survivalist_solid
strainer_survivalist_reinforced
strainer_survivalist_tight_solid
strainer_survivalist_tight_reinforced
strainer_survivalist_wide_solid
strainer_survivalist_wide_reinforced
But you need to make sure to set miscShareLootTable to false in the main config.
A lava strainer is already in consideration. But it will be more expensive and will only work in the nether.
It will have a different Strainer Base and only one strainer type made out of blaze rods.

Question; When "BLANK" is rolled in the Fisherman's Strainer loot table does that simply mean that nothing was caught this time, so start the timer again from zero and consume no bait for this turn?

Great! That works as I'd hoped then! I've reworked the Fisherman's Strainer loot table to emulate (as closely as possible) vanilla fishing, but I wanted it to take longer to catch items than the other strainers, so I've set BLANK at 80, FISH at 17, JUNK entries at 2 and TREASURE entries at 1. Works a treat!
1. It might be a good idea to output some kind of error message when a loot table line can't be read, rather than ignoring it. It took me a while before I realized I'd managed to make typos in both lines I'd added.
2. Modded beach/ocean biomes don't currently seem to work. A configuration option to add biomes to those that enhance efficiency would be helpful. (Tested with BOP Gravel Beach and Coral Reef biomes.)
With those two issues aside, though, it's a great mod, and one that is almost certainly going to get heavy use in my modpack-in-progress.

2. The biome names are currently hard-coded and will only work for the vanilla biomes. I'll either add other biomes myself or add a config file for it.
So here I want to add a new language pack for Chinese players and introduce this mod to more people. I will NOT make any profit or benefit in terms of money, etc. And due to Chinese government's network block, I need to prepare an alternative mirror like Dropbox (I will put official link to the first position). Last, if there is any grammatical mistake, please forgive me because my English is still poor. 😊

You will not be able to translate everything, because some texts (like the item tooltips) are hard-coded and are not part of the language file.
I'm so sorry. A friend of mine transferred this work to me at that time. I didn't notice he had no permission until someone talked about this thing several days ago.

I hate to be 'that guy,' but any chance of a 1.7.10 version? This'd be great for skyblock, but very few of the staples of skyblock seem interested in updating...

You're allowed to put the mod into any modpack. You are not allowed to sell the mod or contents of the mod (like items).

It's not really a bug, but more a limitation of the current system.
I already changed the system in the newest version which isn't out yet. I've added a category system to avoid that problem.
You will then be able to add different metadata or even different items to the same loottable entry.

The keyword BLANK will decrease the chance of every other loottable entry and can be used for any type of strainer.
Before, you could have a single loottable entry and it would always have a chance of 100%, because it's the only possible item.
Using the BLANK keyword will now lower the chance for the other item.
Which means you can now have a single item in the loottable and its chance can still be <100%
Example:
strainer_survivalist|BLANK|BLANK|0|1|99
strainer_survivalist|DIAMOND|minecraft:diamond|0|1|1
Getting nothing will not consume any bait nor durability. The timer just resets to 0.

Just uploaded a hotfix which should fix the incompatibility with some custom crafting tables like CraftingCraft.
