Mod doesn't work. Maybe the crash log will help. Could forge have updated something that broke your mod? You don't state what version of forge you are working with.

this thing didn't get enough love. It's invaluable if you're like me and, when on a vanilla server (or modded server without many resource-gathering mods), decide the best solution to iron supply is an iron trench. This will definitely be in my private server's pack, because iron collection is one thing I don't mind helping people "cheat" on. So many mods use it that it's ridiculous, and even without mods, a good supply of iron for general-purpose armor, tools, and secure doors is, for lack of a more suitable idiom in my vocabulary, nothing to sneeze at.
2 questions: While I assume the answer is yes, will this function as an "optional" mod — that is, a mod that doesn't have to be installed on clients that don't care for the information? Also, can it function without being installed on the server, or is the Village object (or at the least, what I assume is an independent object) strictly server-side? this would be useful to know in case I want to use it in a vanilla server environment.

Fixed. A different mod was causing the problem. Forge neglected to even report the mod was loaded. Yiesh!
Sorry everyone, recently I was really busy with life, soon I will Update for MC 1.10.2
Updated to Minecraft 1.10.2
Hello sir!
I am curious whether you have plans to update to 1.11?
Thank you for your time!
