- Add ability to show debug crosshair only for F3 screen (like default MC)

very cool mod, i'd like to get in contact because this mod becuase i have too much suggestions and ideas for what can be done, one of them being the ability to have both one of the shape crosshairs and the drawn one at the same time. but mod dev can be timely so i understand if you have reservations. i made this drawn crosshair that gives a better sight picture than the default crosshair, to make way for arrow falloff markers when shooting a crossbow.

For mods that change the way the debug crosshair shows, settings must be disabled to allow Custom Crosshair Mod to take precedence and render the crosshair.

Added projectile indicator. The current projectile will be displayed when holding a bow/crossbow, for situations where you may have multiple variants of tipped arrows in your inventory and might get confusing which one will be fired from your weapon.
