This is installed like any other mod. For single player you'll need to have Forge installed and put this in your mods folder. For servers it will need to be both server side and client side.

I recommend googling instructions on how to set up a modded minecraft.

Not in 1.4. I am about to release 1.5, which wands do you want to restrict? I'd rather not add a config for each wand. Are the some sort of categories?

I understand, I was just hoping to not have to add 27 configs. I'm lazy. Anyway, I'll add them all. It should be in the 1.5 version. Note, the config is just for turning the wands on and off, not for setting limits to certain wand settings, like ranges.

EDIT: Okay, I added the configs in 1.5. Beware, 1.5 had a lot of other changes, so watch out for other bugs. Let me know if you have any other issues.

I might be able to back port parts of the 1.8.9 version to 1.7.10, but there were big changes to how block position works. I'd rather not convert them all, so is there a couple favorites I could add?

I found the issue with the nether (and other negative dimensions.) It should work in 1.5.

Good suggestion! I've been thinking about that. I use my own internal schema format for many things (castle, dungeon, buildings, etc.) so I should be able to import their schema files and convert to mine.

I'm about to release 1.6 (which has tons of great stuff), and I'll take a look at it soon.
