There are some things I would like to change, but that's alright, some extra particles.
Its functional and that's the important part.

-Still throws creatively, just accurate with commands.
Air orbs are a little bit too op for my tastes, like 3 of them will
get you on top of any building in a village if you shift right click.
Also, I added a slight possibility for them to boost you upwards when
throwing them with right click since they're kinda op right now
anyways. (very slight possibility)
Fire orbs channel fire through the player when you shift right click... Looks like an angry tiki
If you put these in repeating command blocks it makes cool noises when you throw a creative orb:

-I changed the explosion power from 1 to 0, in the above commands,
and added the motion stuff that was missing previously to clear some
things ups. (In order to make it work like missile command the explosion
power should be set to 1 at least, in combination with the different
motions to get an incredible variety of results)

the orb, if you'd like them to face another way just change the way
they're facing when summoned. So, you can set up like armies of zombies
in straight rows n such and have massive battles

This is the 1st 1.11 release so, my splash screens keep displaying me
things like, "meet your doom" and "your going too fast" or
