quick question, this isn't ment to be mean or anything, I'm curious.
Is this your first mod? And did you watch a tutorial? If so, who was it?
Yes, this is my first mod, well, at least to be released. I learned a lot about modding from, you know, using Google, and also looking at the vanilla source. Everything I couldn't understand I Googled.
Cool, just want to throw this out, but there are alot of 1.7.10 mod tutorials online, if you just google it, or even go onto youtube, you could find quite a few :3

Here is a video by BrBigcheesecake reviewing the previous version of the mod. I'd thought I'd give him some recognition for this, although many things have changed.
The changes are up top, as always, and here, as well. The Copper Furnace was removed, in preparation for more features. The new Crystal Furnace was added in its place.
The next few updates will be based on mod compatibility, ( fuels, mostly ) and user friendliness ( NEI ). It is unlikely that the Copper Furnace will be seen again for a while.
Yes, using ore dictionary recipes. I seem to be having an issue with this because my mod seems to need it's own item that has the ore dictionary name that I want to use.

Thank you, I suppose?
New version available: 1.1!
Changes are in the initial post.
Can i power these furnaces with Immersive Engineering's external heater???
I'm not entirely sure, because this mod has very minimal mod support at the moment.
A couple little changes to the copper furnace were added in version 1.1.1, which is now available ( as soon as the file is approved ).
1.1.2 is now ready for download! Some new fuels were added to the fuel handler, and a little more tweaking with the way furnace cook speeds work.
The furnaces work with any material that can be smelted in the regular furnace, ( there is a fuel whitelist, however ).
You're welcome to try, though!

New Update: 1.2!
The changes are up top, as always, and here, as well. The Copper Furnace was removed, in preparation for more features. The new Crystal Furnace was added in its place.
New version! 1.2.1, cleaned up some code and update the Crystal Furnace fuel registry! Enjoy cooking with a variety of new fuels.
The next few updates will be based on mod compatibility, ( fuels, mostly ) and user friendliness ( NEI ). It is unlikely that the Copper Furnace will be seen again for a while.
Just curious, what's the problem with the copper furnace?
EDIT: Also, no, the mod furnaces do not work with IE's External Heater.
I'm having trouble making a recipe that accepts copper ingots from other mods.
Ore dictionary recipes?
Btw, quite a good mod for enhancing vanilla.
