at the moment i am using Biomes O Plenty and a bunch of tech mods such as immersive engineering, I was messing about with making my own custom kitchen sink pack for private use. I dont know what I am doing wrong but I again have made 24 or 25 worlds and I still only get flat frozen wastelands. I ve tried dozens of random seeds. I ve tried making worlds with BOP off and I still get the same results, any chance you have a seed that isnt a frozen wasteland I could try?

do I have to use Biometweaker for BoP to be compatible? I guess I never noticed that BoP was not actually working. I will add BiomeTweaker than. What do I have to change with Biometweaker for BoP to work?

Like the ingame ones that you can change by clicking on customize.
I just want to increase the amount of caves and then have that as a permanent change for every world that will be created.

I wanted to make a western theme pack using Mesa and the Mesa variants. I really like the way RTG makes the Mesa look and would like to use it if possible. I cannot work out how to set this up with RTG.

The Lonely Biome by the same authors might help you do just that, but I am not 100% certain if RTG works in a Lonely Biome World.
Another way is using Biome Tweaker:

However I still don't know if this leaves you with some biomes that can not technically be removed. If so, maybe you could try setting the Mesa gen weight to something ridiculously high.

How to disable spam in logs, when generating a world tens of thousands of rows. Even the LogFilters mod doesn't help.

When/if the final version comes is that a mod that can be downloaded via the Twitch launcher aswell or does it have to be done seperate?Trying to create a complete "modpack list" on Twitch.
Haven't played in ages and not sure how that works exactly yet and when mods can be put/downloaded via/on Twitch (launcher)

As long as the mod is in alpha, it's hard to find on the Twitch launcher or add it to modpacks, but when a beta is released it will be easier.

quick question. what do the village settings in custom world settings actually do? IE village size and distance? how do these settings work?

How do i change the biome size? I didn't see an option in customize. Great mod
RTG does not change the placement of biomes. It just removes rivers and trims the edges of biomes a bit.
If you create a vanilla default world with the same seed, you will get the same biomes in the same places as RTG would.
So if you want to change the biome size, you could do this the same way you would in Vanilla or perhaps you could use BiomeTweaker or Geographicraft.

This is exactly what i have been waiting for! Ever since Terraforged, i hoped for a realistic world generation mod for 1.12.2
It works well with other structure mods like recurrent complex, ruins, doomlike dungeons ect.
Including this mod i have 4 different world generation mods (BetaPlus, BOP & Lost Cities), which don't conflict each other.
I manage them using default world generator to create quick-start presets. That way no one get's confused.
So yeah, thanks a ton!
