EDIT: It may be worth noting I didn't have biome conflicts before using RTG, and now I'm getting the infamous neverending mushroom biomes, and sometimes the Betweenlands biomes in the overworld.
Most of those biomes look like non-Overworld biomes, so you can safely ignore most of those warnings. However, there are a few biomes I'm not familiar with:
Do you know what mods those biomes are from, and whether or not they're Overworld biomes?
The mushroom island problem is usually down to biome ID conflicts, but could also be caused by a number of other factors.
If you could, please Pastebin your entire fml-client-latest.log file, and Dropbox your entire config folder and we'll take a closer look.

The "theJungle" (Welcome to the Jungle mod) biomes are not overworld biomes, but I'm not sure about the hoopawolf.mam.biome ones (Myths and Monsters mod)

EDIT: I've since removed my other biome-adding mods (which were Myths and Monsters, The Betweenlands, and Welcome to the Jungle), and reverted BoP's biome ID config back to the default setting, and redownloaded the default config for BoP for BiomeTweaker. I also found MohawkyMagoo's fix, and set my FungiForest biome weight to 0, then set the 3 mushroom biomes to false in the biomegen config for BoP. Mushroom biomes are still appearing, but seem to be less often. I'm pulling my hair out trying to fix this. :/
That is likely to do with the biome size. Does the same thing happen when you use a biome size of 4?

Hmm I have a question/feature request. RTG does generate volcanos. Would it be possible to change the biome to something specific when a volcano generates? So that if you have a biome mod with a volcano biome you could change the rtg volcanos to that biome.
Seems like at the moment you could just disable RTG's volcano generation and add that biome in, instead. Don't think you'd get the same result, quite...
Yes there is a reason. I want to add mobspawns with Just another spawner or other spawn mods to the volcanos. That would be easier if I could say that the structures have a different biome tag. Well with just another spawner there are other ways to spawn mobs in this structure so it would be just a bit easier with biomes.
Oh and a different skybox with biometweaker would be nice too and so much other great stuff, like adding structures with the ruinsmod directly tied to the volcano, like mini volcanos or other stuff.
I started working on updating the example tweaks that RTG provides to make them easier to customize but got sidetracked debugging an issue in the 1.10.2 version.

I don't think I can fix it though, because according to Mohawky's post, BoP doesn't like it when you change the biome ID's (in 1.7.10, I know they don't exist anymore in newer versions), and I have other mods which have no config options to change/disable the 2-3 biomes they add to the game. I tried alternatively going with ExtrabiomesXL and Highlands with RTG, which solved the Mushroom biome problem, but structures from the Chocolate Quest mod were SUPER scarce, no matter what setting I changed them to.
At this point, I'm not sure if it's worth all the headache. I did back up a config for a server with ExBXL/Highlands/RTG, if you think you can solve why those structures aren't spawning as they should. I spent 2 hours flying around, and found *1* dungeon from Chocolate quest. Other ones, from mods like SGS Treasure (ships, and some procedural dungeon gen), and the Dwarven Armory/Stronghold (MineFantasy2) seemed to spawn as expected. I can't use this mod though if it's going to remove a big part of my pack's structure gen.
I could join the Discord server if this is something you think might be solvable. Otherwise, don't sweat it, and I appreciate your efforts.

There's various ways to do the pregeneration. The best I've found is the WorldBorder plugin. I've found one Forge mod that claimed it could do it, but suffered from memory leaks so severe as to make it unusable.
The catch from your viewpoint is that RTG works only on Forge, WorldBorder works only on Bukkit, and Cauldron/MCPC, the only server capable of running both at once, is de facto dead. (Even Prototik's KCauldron fork appears to be more or less abandoned. I know of no builds newer than KCauldron-1.7.10-1614.175, and I can't find a current download even for that, though it appears there are final-version backports available to a selection of Forge releases from 1240 to 1558.) Sponge promised to allow Forge, Bukkit and even vanilla "views" to coexist on the same server using no legacy Bukkit code, but has IMO failed to live up to that promise.
There is a tool called Minecraft Land Generator, basically it starts the server, changes the spawn, generates chunks, closes the server again, changes the spawn again, and so on, until you have the area generated that you want. It took me about 20 hours to generate a area of 10000x10000 blocks, which equals to about 625x625 chunks. Thats the best tool i could get, its not very efficient on the downside, but it should be compatible with every version of minecraft and every server type. I would love to use chunkgenk, but chunkgen breaks down when you try to generate big areas, most likely a memory leak.
I recoomend installing a server on your machine, generating the map and then uploading it on the server.
Any way you can make an internal seed previewer? It may be too hard but it would help. I would specifically like a biome finder because it seems as if there are too many jungle biomes (just like in 1.4)
I actually spawned in a jungle biome and a skeleton popped out. hehe it was really frustrating
Other than that, I think it's great. I like the direction that it's going in.

RTG doesn't significantly alter biome placement so just use the seed previewer you normally use. Basically you'll get the same biomes in the same places as you will with default (rivers are completely changed and coasts adjusted up to a few chunks; otherwise it's all the same.) ForgeAmidst is excellent.

Biome Bundle isn't a mod, it's a collection of scripts to be used with Terrain Control (a Forge mod ported from a bukkit plugin), which isn't compatible with RTG at all.

The catch from your viewpoint is that RTG works only on Forge, WorldBorder works only on Bukkit, and Cauldron/MCPC, the only server capable of running both at once, is de facto dead. (Even Prototik's KCauldron fork appears to be more or less abandoned. I know of no builds newer than KCauldron-1.7.10-1614.175, and I can't find a current download even for that, though it appears there are final-version backports available to a selection of Forge releases from 1240 to 1558.) Sponge promised to allow Forge, Bukkit and even vanilla "views" to coexist on the same server using no legacy Bukkit code, but has IMO failed to live up to that promise.
There is a tool called Minecraft Land Generator, basically it starts the server, changes the spawn, generates chunks, closes the server again, changes the spawn again, and so on, until you have the area generated that you want. It took me about 20 hours to generate a area of 10000x10000 blocks, which equals to about 625x625 chunks. Thats the best tool i could get, its not very efficient on the downside, but it should be compatible with every version of minecraft and every server type. I would love to use chunkgenk, but chunkgen breaks down when you try to generate big areas, most likely a memory leak.
I recoomend installing a server on your machine, generating the map and then uploading it on the server.
Any way you can make an internal seed previewer? It may be too hard but it would help. I would specifically like a biome finder because it seems as if there are too many jungle biomes (just like in 1.4)
I actually spawned in a jungle biome and a skeleton popped out. hehe it was really frustrating
Other than that, I think it's great. I like the direction that it's going in.

RTG doesn't significantly alter biome placement so just use the seed previewer you normally use. Basically you'll get the same biomes in the same places as you will with default (rivers are completely changed and coasts adjusted up to a few chunks; otherwise it's all the same.) ForgeAmidst is excellent.

i found an amazing mod called biome bundle. it's compatible with rtg?
Biome Bundle isn't a mod, it's a collection of scripts to be used with Terrain Control (a Forge mod ported from a bukkit plugin), which isn't compatible with RTG at all.
