I can't complete any download using the 1.13.2 version. No matter what I do, the game crashes giving me this error:

That message will always be printed the first time you save the world (probably I could handle it better and not print it in the obvious case); the actual issue you're having is presumably something else. Is there any crash report in "C:\Games\MultiMC\instances\MyServer\.minecraft\crash-reports"?
Yes, there are some crash reports. This was the latest one (there were some NUL characters in the "Global properties" section that won't show up here):

Hm, seems like the specific issue is during saving map data. I can reproduce it in 1.13.2, but for some reason I can't reproduce it in 1.13.1, even though the relevant code doesn't seem to have changed. On further testing, it seems that this does happen on 1.13.1; it's just that if you hold a map in your hands it doesn't happen (so me setting it up in 1.13.1 avoided it). I've created issue #106 to keep track of this.
The NUL characters in global properties are odd; that shouldn't happen and I'm guessing I did something very weird if that's happening now. The only way I would expect that to happen is from an old install, and that doesn't seem likely to be the case for 1.13.2... However, I don't think that's related to the crash.

If you're talking about the map item (if not, sorry and please ignore this post), the game is crashing even when there are no maps hanging around anymore, though.

Hm, that looks like it might be a null player... which shouldn't happen. Can you upload the full report onto pastebin or something like that so I can take a look?
My best guess for the moment is some kind of race condition, but that seems unlikely (I don't think it'd be possible to get to the point where you could save the game with the player being null...). Does that happen consistently?
This is definitely separate from the map issue, though. I've figured out what's going on with the map one and have a fix mostly written (while working on it, though, I've realized that there's more things that I should be doing with maps and their position and such, though they're definitely minor things).

If I click on the "gamerule options" button, the game crashes. Here's the crash report: https://pastebin.com/GX3dn2mj
You seem to have optifine installed; I think that that's probably the cause. Base edit builds aren't compatible with other mods just due to how they work (it's one of the reasons why base edits generally aren't used nowadays, but I still maintain them because they're faster to get out when the rest of the ecosystem hasn't updated as there aren't dependencies on e.g. transformers). I'm guessing that both WDL and Optifine are modifying the same classes, and optifine is taking precedence, so it's probably missing things like the code that knows when the world was loaded. That'd explain both crashes; the player and world are set at the same time (and the world is needed for the gamerule options page so that it can get the list of gamerules). It'd also explain why there's less information in the crash report -- I'd assume optifine has its own crash report handler (given that the optifine version is listed there), and it's probably overwriting WDL's. However, I guess optifine must not modify the pause GUI (only the video settings GUI) so WDL buttons still appeared...
Once liteloader is released for 1.13 (whenever that is; I know it's tied up on the mod launcher rewrite and it'll probably be a while) this'll no longer be an issue, but for the time being you'll probably need to remove optifine when using WDL. Sorry :/
I probably should add a sanity check related to this so that there's a clearer warning; I've already got one for one case but I don't check everything and I didn't account for some classes changing but not others.
Yeah, that's it. I was testing before with and without Optifine, but that was when I had the maps still hanging on the wall. Now without the maps and having Optifine uninstalled, WDL didn't crash the game. Thanks!
I've seen an entity with download range -1, but i don't know how to make the same with other entities.
Any way to make entity range infinite/more than 256?
You don't want to do that. If you set the value too high, entities actually cannot be saved since the server unloads them below that range. If you set it to infinite, it'd effectively be the same as saying "the entity must be infinitely far away from me when it unloads before I want to save it", which means it'd never be saved. (The reason the check is needed, though, is to avoid saving entities that die of natural causes or otherwise unload (e.g. using a portal) close to the player).
There's some older documentation of entity ranges here, but it is several years old and might not be too readable.
Latest version crashes upon pushing ESC. Here's the log:

I'm not sure why that's happening, and it's not completely clear from the stacktrace where the issue is (it's during adding buttons to the screen, but not in the code that's actually responsible for adding them). Can you try it without some different mods -- say, without applecore and wwe since those are listed at the top? You should be able to test in singleplayer.
I must have missed something somewhere but how does this get installed if there is no liteloader 1.13.2 yet?
The base-edit build, see the installation instructions. It's a lot less convenient than the liteloader build, but it's a system that's been available for other versions too (all of the ones I support with a litemod are also base-edits, and also 1.9.2 and all the 1.13 builds are base-edit only due to a lack of liteloader). It's important to note that base-edits are a lot more basic, and also are not compatible with other mods in most cases (most notably, optifine -- it'll appear to install but will actually fail without a warning at runtime (I've added a warning in the code but haven't released a version with it yet)).
(Internal note: I know the liteloader and forge teams are currently working on redoing the launch mechanism, and whenever that gets completed I'll port to what's available. I'm still working off and on on porting my buildscript stuff to target forgegradle 3 which is needed for reliable 1.13 building (as-is, there's some manual setup that is needed which only works on my machine, and I've been backlogged on getting that fixed). That'll also be needed in the end...)
Heyo, i used this mod (had trouble at first because i didnt follow the directions exactly XD) and i downloaded my build on my main multiplayer server!! Very happy i was able to save it, my only complaint is that the world is flat and if i go west (any direction to be exact) i fall off the edge of the earth! But in all seriousness, im glad i could save my build, but i was wondering if there was a way i could generate the rest of the world with a different seed. I dont care for the server's seed, but i have a seed saved that i very much like and i wanted to see if i could just perform some sort off transplant of this small area of the server world, and have another seed generate the rest of world around it so its actually playable. Im not sure if im getting my point across very well, if you need clarification, let me know. Thank you!
EDIT:
So I ended up using NBT Explorer, deleting the generatoroptions (meant for superflat) changed the seed from 0 to my chosen seed, (think thats all i did) and now i have my server saved region and the rest of the world generating normally! (except for the weird biome connections because incompatible seeds but thats fine, its a terraforming project for later! :D)
I would really appreciate if you could add these instructions to the mod description/how to use. I feel like it would REALLY help people out in the future!

There's actually already some options in the mod to configure how the generator works -- check out generator settings in the menu. I have it default to not generating anything since it's clearer that that marks the edge of the world, but you should be able to configure it however you want from there. Like most of the settings there it works by adjusting the options in the saved world, much like you manually did with NBTExplorer
Let me know if there's anything you'd like added to that screen, though. I think all generator options are present in some way or another but I'm not 100% certain.
I've released version 4.0.4.0. This version brings about several bugfixes and a few other improvements, mainly to map items and the backup system.
Backup system
Output and progress from the custom backup command is now displayed.
When using 7-zip, `-bsp1` (output progress information to stdout) must be included in the command-line arguments for that to work. The default has been updated to include this, but if you previously manually changed it you will need to update it.
Improved error messages related to invalid custom backup commands.
Backup can now be skipped by pressing escape on the progress GUI. This will lead to an incomplete backup. I plan on improving the UX for this in the future (e.g. adding an actual button) but want to make other changes to the backup screen first.
Map items
Fixed the map dimension not being set, causing crashes (#106).
The correct map dimension is now determined from context when possible.
The center of a map is now determined from context when possible (so it won't be overwritten by the area at 0, 0 if that's loaded).
`idcounts.dat` is now written, meaning creating new maps in the downloaded world will no longer override existing maps. This is based on the highest seen map, so if new maps are later created on the server overwriting can still occur, but it's better than starting at 0 where it will always occur.
Other
Versions of the mod now are named with leading/trailing 0's, e.g. `1.09.0` instead of `1.9`. This should make them appear in a more sane order.
Fixed trapped chests not saving properly in 1.13+.
Fixed backspace not updating the results of some text fields (searching and the custom backup command) in 1.13+.
Stopped logging a meaningless FileNotFoundException the first time a world is saved.
Added sanity checks for base changes not applying properly (e.g. due to a conflict with other mods) so that it's clear that it happened from the start.
Fixed an incompatibility with ReplayMod.
Fixed an incompatibility with MoreCommands (in development).
The game rules GUI now directly modifies game rules in the downloaded world, instead of acting as an override. This means that rules changed via `/gamerule` in the world are still kept instead of being clobbered when the world is downloaded again.
I want to ask since allot of mods are shifting over to rift.
Is there plans to add support for rift mod loader?
I don't have any immediate plans for it at this time; currently my focuses (foci?) are on improving the build system and some various GUI improvements. The build system improvements should eventually allow for that but it's not planned for the near future. I'm expecting that the launch refactor that's being worked on by the forge and liteloader teams to be done by that point. If that's not the case, then I'll try to port to rift at that time.
I can't complete any download using the 1.13.2 version. No matter what I do, the game crashes giving me this error:
However, it doesn't matter if the world was saved before or not, I've tried both ways.
I get the same result with or without Optifine. Currently I have no other mods. Java is 1.8.0_191, 64-bit.

Thanks!
Hello, i would like to ask a question.
