I now have another problem. Everytime I download a portion of a multiplayer world, then go to open it on a singleplayer world, a village generates and cuts right through the build.
Sorry, yeah, generated structures cause issues (see #68). It's supposed to be off by default, but it looks like I accidentally made it on by default which is definitely a mistake (all of the existing stuff assumes that the correct seed is entered and the generator is configured; if it isn't, trying to generate structures will cause even more problems). It'll be off by default again in the next update. In the mean time, as you probably found, it can be turned off in the generator GUI.
Also fixed the hash warning; I forgot to account for some files (such as the note block handler, along with package-info files which technically should be but it's not an issue) not being present in 1.13. Fortunately I can and have fixed that without needing to release a new version, since it's just in the manifest used for checking for updates.
This is what I've been looking for for quite a while, but I have encountered an issue I can't seem to get over, whenever I'm at the 'download this world' screen, I don't have any options for downloading this world, I'm sure its just because I'm a dimwit and skipped something. Another issue is how I can only join certain servers through multiMC, but I don't mind the second error.

I'm not sure what you mean by "don't have any options". The "Download this world" button will prompt for a bit of initial information and then start the download; if you want to open settings you can use the "..." button right next to it (which can be done before or after starting the download). If you don't see either of those buttons, then you might have installed the mod wrong.
With the 1.13.1 from 1.13 version (using MultiMC), the game launches fine, and I have the "download this world" option in a singleplayer world. However, when I try to join a 1.13 server, I get a crash as soon as I log in. I get this error in the crash report:

Is there a way to fix this? I insterted the mod as posted, using "Add to minecraft.jar." The launcher profile is 1.13.

That's odd-looking. Can you upload the whole crash report to gist.github.com or pastebin or similar and give me a link? I think I need some of the other information in it.
The one thing that jumps out to me is that you say you're connecting to a 1.13 server -- if you're using the 1.13.1 version, you should connect to 1.13.1 servers, not 1.13.0 servers. (If you just abbreviated 1.13.1 to 1.13 then that might make more sense).

Of course. And I get the same crash whether I use the 1.13 or 1.13.1 jar, and I am connecting to a 1.13 server. https://pastebin.com/cyVSC1LR

Figured it out; it's related to bungeecord, which seems to send a packet at a weird time that I didn't plan for. Should be easy to fix; I'll fix it in the next update (which will also include fixes for some of the generator issues and hopefully the chest one). Unfortunately I don't have a workaround in the mean time.
(For reference, the info I ended up using out of that crash report was "networkManager: ~~NULL~~" and "thePlayer: ~~NULL~~" as that confirmed my suspicion about the packet being earlier than I planned for, before some state information was set up -- that's why I include all that random information in crashes; you never know what will come in handy).

I'm having trouble connecting to a 1.13.1 realms server to use wdl. Getting the error "Client Outdated. Your client is not compatible with realms. Please update to the most recent version of minecraft."
I'm following instructions to install the 1.13.1-using-1.13 mod on a copy of the 1.13 launcher profile. I'm also making sure to edit the JSON to have the correct realms version. A new 1.13.1 profile that can connect to the realm shows that the version is now 1.13.8, so I have

Hmm, that's odd. I haven't done much testing with realms myself, but in the brief bit of testing I did just now it looks like I made a mistake that will cause it to crash sometimes. However, that's unrelated to it saying the version is outdated. Are you sure the mod is installed correctly -- does the main menu have some text on the bottom for the version saying "UNSTABLE 1.13 BRIDGE" or something similar to that?
Hmmm. I was trying to check that because I couldnt remember. Ive just done a couple clean installs but now I'm getting a crash on launch with this error:
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release
Error: Could not find or load main class net.minecraft.client.main.Main
That means that either A ) you've got a corrupt JAR file and it isn't loading it, and thus it can't find the class, or B ) the command line arguments in your version JSON are messed up. Either way, I'd recommend doing another clean install, but during it don't change the realms version (for testing; if it works then make a backup of the JAR and JSON and do more testing).
Trying a different route since I'm not having any luck with even the basic (without changing the realms version) manual install.
Using the MultiMC install instructions, I can launch 1.13.1-from-1.13 and I get the nice "UNSTABLE 1.13 BRIDGE" bottom text. I'm unsure where to edit in the newer realms version though. Is this something anyone knows, or should I hunt through MultiMC documentation?
It looks like you can select "Customize" and then edit to change the version JSON, and should be able to add it into there. Sorry for the super messy process.
I've released version 4.0.3.1. This version fixes a large number of bugs:
Fixed settings not being saved/loaded properly when multiworld support is disabled
Fixed saving large chests in 1.13 (including multiple large chests next to each other)
Fixed a game crash on joining servers running bungeecord
Fixed the world generator settings not being used properly (always defaulting to void)
Fixed the world generator preset for void not actually working right in 1.13
Fixed /seed parsing the seed incorrectly in 1.13 (due to added brackets)
Fixed the terrain generator applying a second time in 1.13, causing some parts of the world to be overwritten. This most notably caused the biome to always be set to plains, but also caused the bottom blocks in the world to be the default superflat blocks (grass, dirt, and then bedrock).
Fixed the buffet options screen not opening
Fixed generate structures defaulting to true, even though it used to default to false
Fixed NoSuchMethodErrors with realms
Additionally, several additional unit tests have been added (mainly for the configuration system) so that some of the previous bugs cannot happen again.
This version is still using the connect to 1.13.1 from 1.13 system; hopefully, I'll be able to get rid of that in the next update and have a proper 1.13.1 release.
I cant figure out how to install this without liteloader. I think I am editing the JSON file incorrectly. Trying to do this for 1.13.1. Could someone copy a good JSON file for me?
