Could you add different wooden tools (Spruce and Birch tools for example.) or not?
No, i think that would be just bloat if they were simply re-skins of the vanilla wooden tools. No one uses those tools past 5 minutes into the game, why add a bunch more of them?
Heya Gany! I'm loving the HECK out of this mod, but I have one question- is it possible to integrate NEI's recipe ghost/autofill function to the custom crafting tables? For example, if I look up a recipe when I'm at a crafting table through NEI, usually there is a ? that shows up that I can either click to get a ghost image display of where I need to put the crafting components, or that I can shift+click to place the items in the grid if I have them all. I don't know how difficult it is to do, so if it's too much, don't worry about it- for me it's just a quality of life thing xD

Have you looked at the texturing thing? I don't know the technicalities of it, but it'd be great if at least the chests had their texture centred right
Also, I've been having a lot of trouble with the ordering of the ore dictionary. Firstly, it seems a few of the vanilla blocks - buttons, fences and pressure plates - aren't previously added to the ore dictionary, and secondly crafting tables seem to be added after Et Futurum woods. That, and adding the first three to their respective ore dictionaries with MineTweaker, cause the Twilight Forest uncrafting table to return an Et Futurum wooden block when uncrafting (if not Natura wooden blocks, but that's obviously a separate issue ). I know the uncrafting table can have some funky things happen so not everyone supports it, but I imagine this could be fixed just by adding the vanilla versions of the wooden blocks you add versions for to their ore dictionaries before everything else, if that's possible Mostly just a quality of life thing yes, but it would make things a lot easier, and potentially prevent small exploits on servers (like getting "free" Forbidden Magic tainted planks to protect yourself from taint without actually having researched them, which is the type I was getting a lot of stuff uncrafting to!)

The uncrafting table will always cause issues with items that have more than one recipe. Registering my blocks to the OreDictionary first wouldn't change a thing since that has nothing to do with their recipes.
There seems to be bizzare support with Chisel allowing a woodstuffmod's chest to be chiseled into another. I'm not sure if this is on your end or their 's. I'm kinda waning to remove that, could that be possible with your zzzzzcustomconfig mod?

It's chisel's fault.
All of my chests are registered in the ore dictionary under chestWood (the forge standard). Chisel allows you to interchange ore dictionary registered items.
Which is NOT how the ore dictionary works. Just because two different items can be used in the same recipes it doesn't mean they are the same item (in some instances this is true, like for ingots, but it doesn't work for everything). So it's chisel's fault for not using the ore dictionary correctly =P

Now, I added the new Botania Shimmerwood planks to this, and even they work great, which is awesome! All except the chest (image attached; you can see the bookshelves working awesomely in the background though!) Now this isn't a huge thing at all, and naturally more complicated with the chest and animated texture, but just mentioning it in case it's an easy fix

If it doesn't work out, at least there're plenty of other pretty chests to choose from!
Oh, one other thing, have you looked at making the config compatible with mods with the pipe symbol ("|") in their IDs yet? I understand if that's more effort than you might feel it's worth since it's not that common, but it'd be great if I could fill in my missing Growthcraft bamboo blocks

I'm not sure how to pinpoint this problem, but Woodstuff was working (v1.21), and I added about 10 more mods to my server, and then it just stopped working. I tried updating to the latest version (v1.31) and Forge v1558, which then showed the Woodstuff chest, crafting table, etc. in the crafted box (box to the right of the 9 squares in the crafting table, not sure what to call it), but when I grab it out of there, I get the normal chest, crafting table, etc.
What would you need to find where the problem is with this? It isn't crashing on neither the server nor the client. I've tried deleting the config to let it generate a new one (I never fiddled with the original one, but I'm a novice at addressing these types of issues), and I tried starting a fresh world to see if the world was corrupted. Both had the same results. I can provide a list of mods we are using if you need that.
EDIT: I'm kind of an idiot, and I didn't try removing the "newly added" mods, then loading them in one at a time to find the offender. I'll let you know, if that helps you, which one it's not compatible with.

I'm not sure if you support fastcraft, but, this error keeps happening with this mod and Fastcraft. It's plaguing my modpack.
