You (everybody) kinda cannot decide... So i think this will have to be config option... Turned on by default ...
While it may not get into the next version, I want to see about having different teleportation effects, like particles surrounding you until you teleport, then they explode away, revealing you moved.

Teleportation effects - sure, particles - meh, you see, teleplates is largely inspired by telepads, and i don't want to copy telepads completely.
So if you think of something else, or "original particles", then i might add it...
But anyways, teleportation effects are not high priority... Because i already know what i'm doing for next two updates...
Well, i should inform you that thaumcraft-vis (vis, not essentia) is not possible, due to way 2 mods are coded.
Would it be possible to make it suck essentia from jars like the infusion altar does? That would be really neat, and much more "magical" than just piping the essentia in! But if that's not possible, then the pipes of course work fine, and it would be neat to finally play with

I might be rambling and off-topic, but I wonder if we can get a similar function with transporting Items? Like it would disappear piece by piece into the TelePlate, and then reassemble at the other one, which may need a way to tell which one to go to? Just an idea.

First of all: Great mod! I love the idea of this teleportation system and the fact that it works across dimensions with ease. However, I've started using it together with other mods, and one of them is Starminer (the one with planets and gravity controlling stuff) and have found out that it's relatively complicated to build a teleplates system on the sides of a planet or below it, since it can only be oriented upwards. Would it be possible to make teleplates able to be placed on block sides as well (like on walls and roofs)?

For now, teleplates are flat and directected upwards. I'm not sure if i ever will change them to be placeable on walls. They are kinda plates.
I tried out Teleplates on SMP with Cauldron, and there seems to be an error that brings people to a dirt screen with no options to click where they want to go. This is the config I'm using http://pastebin.com/zjWBfKzK
It is a weird bug, because it definitely works on single player... any ideas?

And, you know, when you enter a room with no exit, you can't exit ...

Update is close to be complete!
Core code allowing to extend consomation is already rewritten and energy ported to new version.
Some of mods are already supported... You will not have to wait very long for update anymore ...
